Chapter Fifty: The Devil's Baby

Today was October thirty-first, Halloween and Frank's birthday. I think he's the devil's baby. Why you may ask, he was born on Halloween, clear enough?

But anyways I'm still confused about why the Halloween party was in early October but I'm not gonna question it.

It's been a week since we left my nana's and let's say everyday she calls to check on Ray...and I'm still not interfering.

I sipped on my coffee as the news was shown on tv. All the guys, except for Frank who was sleeping, were rushing around the house to get costumes and Frank's birthday ready. I just watched them and laughed in my head.

"I'm here and I'm already conflicted!" Hanna exclaimed entering the house

"Nice to see woman, your demon boyfriend is in his room sleeping."

"Demon?"

"He was born on Halloween he has to be related to some demon or devil."

"True." Was all she said then entered Frank's room

"Hey princess you gonna wear that vampire costume!?" Gerard shouted from our room

"Not in a million years! I'll come up with something!"

"You're no fun." I heard him say but I ignored him

We were all ready to go trick or treating, even Pete was joining us.

Gerard was a vampire...by that I mean his costume, confusing I know. I was 'Ariel' because that's the only costume I had. Mikey was a skeleton and so was Pete. Ray was a werewolf, while Frank was frankenstein. Lastly Hanna was the bride of frankenstein and Jacob was 'Elmo'. Yes you heard me right, Jacob was 'Elmo'.

"C'mon you freaks let's go trick or treating." I chuckled grabbing my Halloween bucket

"Whatever you say Princess Violet." Frank mocked

"I'll rip your eyes out." I replied giving him a death glare "I let Gerard use that nickname, I don't need more people jumping on the bandwagon."

"Why did he even start calling you that?" Mikey asked as we exited the house

"I don't know so I'll let the shit himself explain it." I replied looking around to find houses to get candy at

"Well I did to just annoy her but it kinda stuck. Plus I saved her so she was kinda like a princess in danger."

"Saved? I would hardly call it that." I replied "You're just my knight in shining armor aren't you?"

"How did you guys meet?" Hanna asked

"That's a long story that needs to be told later." I explained and found a house to get candy at "Candy!"

I ran up to the house and an older lady opened the door with a bucket of candy

"Aren't you a bit too old to get candy?" She asked studying me with her warm brown eyes

"Maybe but I'm just as excited as the little kids." I said back with a smile

"Well that's all that's important." She smiled back and put some candy in my bucket

The guys then finally caught up to me and got some candy. We walked back to the sidewalk and I looked at my candy to see a 'milky way' bar...yes.

"Hey Mikey!" I exclaimed and leaned on him

"Oh god want do you want?"

"Wanna 'milky way' bar." I giggled

"I hate you."

"You love me." I replied and kept looking for more houses

Finally after two hours of trick or treating we retreated back to the house. We got changed into pajamas, put in a movie called 'Dracula', and ate candy. The acting was so terrible but it was so funny.

"I wanna cry the acting is so great." I laughed

"Shush and watch the movie." Gerard replied shaking his head

We then watched 'Halloween', 'Sleepy Hallow', and 'Dark Shadows'. We all started to get tired so we laid down but I couldn't forget about Frank's birthday present. I grabbed the black wrapped box and handed it to him.

"Happy birthday lil shit." I giggled

"Thank you sugar." He smiled and sat down the box and have me a hug

"Now open the present, I don't have all night." I said and broke away from the hug

He picked it up once again and started tearing at the gift wrap which revealed the box.

"I got a box!" He exclaimed

"Open it you lil shit."

He opened it and it revealed a 'Misfits' album, I wanted to get him more but...let's put it this way, I'm broke.

"I know it isn't much I'm s-" I started but was interrupted by Frank hugging me

"I've been wanting this actually, thank you sugar. I wasn't even expecting anything." He replied and kissed my hair

"No problem li- Frankie." I giggled and he let go

"That's more like it, now if you excuse me I must sleep and annoy Hanna with this album."

"God you're weird, goodnight." I chuckled and entered my room to see Gerard fast asleep

"Couldn't even wait for me." I giggled softly and laid down next to him

"Goodnight Gee, I love you, sweet dreams." I whispered softly and kissed his forehead

I cuddled next to him and fell fast asleep.
