The break up .

Sophie.

Tonight was the big night for odell he's winning the rookie of the year award and I couldn't be any happier for my baby . But lately odell hasn't been home or spending time with me . Nor he hasn't made love to me in three months I'm starting to think he's cheating on me .

I was just finishing my hair and make up when odell came in . "Hey baby why aren't you dressed the awards start in 20 minutes ."

"Sophie can we talk?"

"Yes baby what is it?" I said putting on some lipstick .

"I don't think this is going to work ."

"What do you mean baby?"

"Us I'm not feeling you anymore as I did in the past ."

I nodded as tears began to form . "Is it me? Am I not attractive to you?"

"Just go your shit is already packed ."

"Odell.." I got up .

"Odell what's the Oh hey is she the new maid?"

"Your cheating on me?!!!"

"I've been cheating on you for the past year I have all those times I came home late I was with Ashley we have a four month son and we're engaged she actually helped me get me far with my career ."

I shook my head I bit my tongue I refuse to cry over a nigga he didn't see me cry so I just nodded and left .

It's been three weeks since the break up with odell he's been all over the news he hasn't been winning any games he's been fined for unsportsmanlike conduct and he's fiance and baby momma left him took all of his money I felt bad for him I don't hate odell I still love him but I will never forget he left me for a broke hoe .

"So are you going to talk to odell? He's in the hospital ."

"For what?!" I said getting worried.

"He's been shot twice. "

My eyes widen as I hurried putting on my Nike slides grabbing my car keys rushing to the hospital.

"Odell beckham what room is he in?"

"And you are?"

"His wife ."

"Room 112."

I nodded going in his room . "Odell ."

"Sophie?"

"Are you okay? What happened ?"

"Doesn't matter ... I miss you ."

I blushed getting in bed with him ."I miss you to dellie ."

"You know I fucked up for cheating on you like that I was stupid you was there for me through it all when I went to jail my parents kicked me out when I was homeless ... you were there.... I love you baby and I'm sorry...."

I cried as his breathing stopped and his grip on my hand loosened . "Odell ..." I cried hugging him tightly.

The day of the funeral it wasn't the same I know odell has fucked me over but he was my first of everything he was there for me but I will never forget what he has done for me .
