"SANS! Oh my god sans!!!" Papyrus rushed in the house, bringing along some melted snow. He slammed the door behind him and walked carefully up the stairs as to not slip. "Sans? Sans!" His lazy brother was probably sleeping like always. Either that or working at his post. Which he too slept at. The tall skeleton pushed the bedroom door open and looked around for his sibling who of course wasn't there when he needed him. "Ugh!" Papyrus threw his hands up and pulled out his phone. He angirly dialed Sans' number and held it to his skull, waiting for him to pick up. There were three rings, making him anxious. It was one final ring and a long beep. No answer. "Saaaans!!!" He clicked the 'end call' button and tapped his foot with his arms crossed. He needed to tell his brother what happened! He didn't know how he felt at the moment. Afraid? Excited? Nervous? Different things had happened today, making his emotion swirl around inside his tummy. He felt like puking so the skeleton made his way into the bathroom. The smell of toilet water and bleach filled his nostrils as he leaned over and threw up his contents of spaghetti from breakfast this morning. "Ohhh....." Again he threw up, clutching his stomach and shaking uncontrollably. String of noodles and chunks of meatballs followed after. He could have really used some comfort. The only other person who would do that was....Undyne. Papyrus quickly dialed her number and waited. She usually picked up. As he heard the few rings he thought about the last time he had seen her. Uh oh. He left the fish alone at Alphys' house and never returned! He said he would. He had completely forgotten. He swallowed some left over vomit in his throat. It burned. "Where the hell are you?!" Yep. He expected that. "S-sorry Undyne. I ended up getting sick on my way for a walk. I don't feel too good. Are you busy?" The fish sighed. "I'm never too busy for you Paps. Especially when your not feeling well. I'm leaving Alphys' place. I was going to go home but you need me right now so I'm coming there." He smiled. What a good friend she was. He didn't even have to ask her to come here. "What? Alright I'll ask him." Undyne seemed to be talking to someone else so the skeleton waited. "Hey Paps, you seen Mettaton anywhere while you were out? He went for a walk too but he's not back yet." The monster blushed and puked once more. There was that weird feeling in his stomach again. The warrior on the other end pulled the phone away from her ear at hearing him. "You alright buddy?" She asked. "Y-yes. Um....." He didn't want to lie to his friend but he also didn't want to tell her what had happened. Especially the.....kiss. But he assumed that she would know something was up anyway. Undyne was very observant. She'd find out sooner or later. "I ran into him earlier but I decided to leave as to not get him sick too." There was silence on the other line. "Paps..." The skeleton hesitantly responded. "Y-yes?" He asked. She sounded suspicious. "He's a robot. He can't get sick. Are.....are you not telling me something? Did something happpen? Wait nevermind that now. Do you know where he is?" Papyrus breathed through his nostrils. "No. He didn't tell me where he was headed. Like I said, I left first when I saw him." Undyne looked at Alphys and told her what her friend just said. The dinosaur nodded with a concerned look. "Just call him. I'm sure he'll answer." The fish said with a smile to her as to calm her down. It worked as the scientist smiled back, getting up to grab her phone. "Alrighty Paps. I'll see ya in a few. We have to talk. For now just relax on the couch till I get there." He nodded even though she couldn't see him. "Okay Undyne. Thank you." She hung up. Papyrus sighed and put the phone back in his pocket, flushing the toilet and leaving the bathroom to grab his blanket and lay down like she had told him to do. "Ughhh...." A shiver ran up his boney spine.

"I'll see ya later Alphys. Hope ya find your robot." She patted the dinosaur on the head and walked out, placing her armor back on to avoid the heat. The scientist waved and closed the door after her. She rushed over to the phone and pressed the call button, waiting for the ring. "Hello? Alphys?" Oh thank god. "Mettaton! A-are you alright? You've been gone for a while. I-I know you're not a baby a-and need for me to check on y-you 24/7 but I got worried is all." Her heart beat fast. "Yes I'm fine darling. I appreciate the call. I'm actually heading back now from Blooky's." That made her calm down and breathe. "O-okay. I'll be here when you get back. See you." "Oh!"
"Wh-what's wrong?!" She almost hung up but quickly placed the phone to her ear again. "Oh it's nothing Alphys dear. I just ran into your fishy friend. She kinda surprised me with her.....get-up." He wasn't too far then. She laughed at imagining those two running into each other. Undyne in her heavy battle suit taking a casual walk. "Try to get along. I'll see you at home." Mettaton mumbled under his breath and agreed before he ended the call. "Why are you wearing that scary thing? You'll scare the children you know." The fish glared at him. He probably knew it was her inside because of her red ponytail sticking  out from the helmet. She was just about to take it off but spotted him walking in her direction. "Shut up. I need it so I don't burn to a crisp in Hotland. I'm a fish remember? There's no type of moisture in the air there. But now that we're in the waterfalls I can take it off, so move along." He rolled his eyes. What the hell was her problem? "Gladly." He purposely pushed her with his shoulder as he walked past. Undyne's eyes went wide. This guy was pretty much asking for a death wish for doing that to her. No one would dare challenge someone of her nature. The warrior freed her head from the helmet and threw it at his back. Mettaton stopped in his tracks and looked back at her like he was offended that she would even do such a thing to him. Her face was in a smirk as they stared at each other. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. When he didn't do anything Undyne smiled, showing off her sharp teeth and turning around. What she didn't expect was for her helmet to be thrown back at her head. Right. She left it. She quickly turned back around and rubbed her skull. "HEY!" "Don't play innocent! You threw it at me first!!" He yelled back. "You started it! Now get over here so I can punch you!!!" Mettaton stuck his tongue out at her and ran towards home. "Catch me if you can crazy lady!" How could Alphys date this woman?! Undyne licked her lips, put her helmet and chased after the robot. No real warrior backed down!
