Alphys looked over at her crush who was currently stuffing more popcorn into her mouth as they both watched an episode of Mew Mew Kissy Cutie. Did Undyne mean what she had said earlier to Mettaton? Is that what she thought was happening? Is that....what she wanted to happen? Were they parents now?! Didn't that mean that they would have to get MARRIED?! Alphys blushed and waged her tail fast, hitting the fish on the head a few times. She smiled widely and bounced on the couch. That would be so KAWAII!!! "Ahhhhhhhh!!!!! Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes!" "Alphys?! What are you doing? Are you excited because of the episode again like last time?" Undyne looked at her strangely. She was startled by her actions. "H-huh? O-oh! I was j-just thinking about s-s-something is all......" The dinosaur started to sweat and shake in embarrassment. "Well what was it?" Alphys gasped. Should she tell her? Would the warrior make fun of her thoughts? Probably..... It was a dumb idea anyway. Why would Undyne agree to marry her? She was a terrible person. She had used monsters for her own selfishness. For her terrible experiments. She had lied to their families. She took them away. She was trash! Garbage! Pathetic! Evil! "Alphys!!" She came back to reality and stared at the fish who's hands squeezed her shoulders. She looked worried and....scared. Undyne scared? That was a first. But why did she look like that? Alphys blinked but felt liquid running down her cheeks as she did. What? She hesitantly touched her face and looked at her finger. Tears? She was so deep into her thoughts that she was crying and she hadn't even realized it. The tv was paused too. "Alphys please tell me your alright. You don't even have to tell me about it but I need to know that your alright." She dugged her fingers in the others shoulders and clenched her sharp teeth. Had the doctor done this to her? "I-I'm sorry. Yes I'm fine. Please don't beat yourself up about this Undyne." The fish exhaled and loosened her grip. "Do you want to talk about it?" She was shocked when the dinosaur agreed to tell her. "I was just wondering w-what you meant earlier. About y-you being a m-mother to M-Mettaton. D-did you mean what you s-said? Does that mean th-that you would s-someday m-m-marry m-me? Oh gosh! I'm reading too much into it aren't I?! Oh I'm sorry!" The doctor hid her face in her hands. Undyne blushed at the idea. Alphys would marry her? Alphys would let her be another mother to Mettaton? She only wanted to scare the robot but she was keen on the idea of being a parent. The fish pushed the others hand down and lifted her head up to stare into her eyes. " Oh Alphys. That would be wonderful. Are you kidding me?" She hugged her tight. "I would love to make that robots life a living hell and be your wife!!" The dinosaur stared at her crush and started to laugh. Happy tears streamed down her face as she tried to contain herself but couldn't. What was she so worried about? Undyne blushed in embarrassment and looked around. Was she laughing at her? Was that not what Alphys had wanted? "Did I....did I say something funny?" Alphys stopped her laughing and frowned. "What? No! Oh I wasn't laughing at you Undyne. It's just funny because I thought you would hate me for saying that. I didn't think you would agree. Ya know becasue....of what I did in the past. I thought you would be disgusted with me....." Boy were they both a mess. "All that is fixed and over with. There back with their families and you told everyone the truth. They all forgave you." She lightly touched her cheek and smiled. "But maybe we could take things slow before the whole marriage thing?" She leaned in close. "U-uh....y-yeah! I-I....um..." Undyne gently kissed Alphys lips and held her face, making the small woman blush. The tv was completely forgotten and so was the popcorn that had fallen to the floor. As they pulled away the dinosaur smiled and waged her tail. "Wow. Do that again?" Undyne chuckled. "Sure." And they kissed passionately again. Everything they had worried about, gone.
