Adrien's Point of View

It had been a few days since I found out.

I didn't know what to do anymore.

My bugaboo, my princess... I had truly forgotten her. I was so caught up with Mirielle, that I didn't realize that my partner was forgotten.

As I spent each passing day with Mirielle, I had slowly forgotten Marinette. I had been ignorant of her death; leaving her alone and forgotten.

She would've hated me if she found out.

I never told a soul about Mirielle being Ladybug, but I knew she would have to eventually. She would have to face the cruel harsh punishment to the problem she created for herself.

When I awoke, I pulled myself drowsily out of bed. Scratching my head, I went to get dressed.

I threw on a black shirt with stripes, pulled on my white collared shirt over it, and slipped into my denim jeans. I wiggled into my shoes without untying them because I truly felt no reason to untie, then re-tie my shoes.

I brushed my teeth, ran a comb through my swooshy hair, then ran downstairs.

"Your breakfast is on the table," Natalie informed me robotically. Sometimes I truly wondered if she was secretly a mechanical human.

"Thanks, Natalie!" I said, sitting down to eat.

I slipped my spoon into my mouth lazily. I chugged the milk down my throat and put my bowl into the sink.

"The limo is outside," Natalie said.

"Alright," I replied.

I sat down in the limo, and the ride began. Looking out the window, I saw a familiar spot.

"Hey Marinette! Would you like a ride?" Adrien asked the girl, seeing that she was struggling to carry her project that they had both been assigned.

"A-Are you sure, Ad-Adrien?" She asked, nervously smiling.

"Yeah! Really, it would be no problem! I see you've got your project done. It looks nice!" He complimented.

"W-wow! Thanks Adrien!" She exclaimed, trying to keep her stuttering to a minimum.

"Sure thing! Here let me help you with that," he insisted, taking the heavy project from her arms and carefully putting it into the limo. He stepped back out and held the door open for her. She walked in and he followed behind, closing the door.

Just little memories and familiar areas made me smile. I did accidentally let a tear slip from my eye when I remembered that, but I quickly wiped it away. I missed her so much.

When I arrived to school, I walked passed Mirielle and my eyes almost lit up, then I realized she was a traitor again.

She nervously clutched her journal to her chest and walked past me, her eyes shying away from me.

I closed myself away and walked in a different direction.

"Hey dude! What's up with your face?" Nino greeted me.

"What do you mean, what's up with my face? Nothing is wrong with my face, man!" I shoved him lightly.

"Was it your old man? I mean, he can get pretty tough. You should go talk to Marinette. She's good at helping people with that kind of stuff, bruh," he insisted.
