"So let me get this straight," Marinette giggled as she sat beside her kitty on his couch, "Cat-Boy is actually the Adrien Agreste! The same one I've liked since you gave me the umbrella!"

"Yes, and I'm Chat Noir, not Cat-Boy. Cat-Boy sounds like a kid superhero," Chat pouted, leaning his head back. He rethought her statement, then realized what she had just told him, causing his cheeks to flush red.

"You are technically a kid, so that would make you a kitten... Kitten-Boy!" She teased, squeezing his cheek like he was a little boy. Marinette was so excited about finding out his identity, and she was excited that he knew she was Ladybug. After realizing what a crazy love square they had, she couldn't help but laugh. Why hadn't she noticed sooner?

"Don't tell me you're going to actually start calling me Kitten-Boy now," Chat whined, looking at his lady, his princess.

"Sorry Kitten-Boy," she laughed, hugging the overdramatic cat-themed superhero.

"But Purrrincess! Why must you do this to me?" He teased back. She playfully hit him in the shoulder once she heard the cat pun.

"Oh my gosh, Chat. You're back at it again with the flirty cat puns," she giggled.

"Detransform me!" He commanded and he was detransformed. Marinette froze up and nervously smiled.

"A-Adrien?" She stammered. Of course, it was still such a shock to see the loving gaze in the eyes of a boy she once loved secretly. In Chat Noir's eyes, she saw it consistently while she was Ladybug in an earlier time, but to see Adrien looking at her, really looking at Marinette, it still came as a shock.

"It's still me, Chat Noir! Don't be nervous, my purrincess!" He kissed her hand. Adrien's heart pumped quickly, becoming a little fearful. Even though she said she had a crush on him, was she just telling him that to make him happy? Adrien's eyes displayed his fear accidentally.

Marinette's shoulders were tensed up, but just thinking of the silly kitty and what he was like, she relaxed. She saw the worry in her partner's eyes, and gave him a comforting smile.

"You're still my kitten boy. I'm being silly," she told him, taking Adrien's hand in hers.

"I'm so glad I have you here with me again," Adrien sighed, relieved to have his princess with him once again.

Marinette never felt more alive, as she lay her head upon his shoulder gently. Her heart fluttered when his arms pulled her into a hug. On his couch, the both of them looked at one another.

He held her close to him, and didn't ever want to let go. Relief and love burned throughout his veins, knowing that the girl he trusted for so long, the girl he lost once, his lady would stay in his arms.

Marinette lifted her gorgeous oceanic eyes to meet his soft emerald ones. Marinette and Adrien felt the forces of gravity and love pull them to meet their lips as one. Once their lips touched again, the cat and the bug were no longer just friends, the princess and the model no longer just blushed at each other, but became one. They became lovers as their souls joined to meet again.

If this was a dream, Adrien never wanted to wake up. Marinette leaned into his chest as Adrien enveloped her in a hug. Warmth filled their hearts, closing the void in Adrien's. Nothing could hurt him again, he felt.

Slowly, the two dozed off into a nap together on the couch of Adrien Agreste.
