Keepin' Secrets Part 2

Rajae POV

I looked at her in shock. Cancer? Two weeks? Why tf she aint tell me? I got a mix of emotions. Then I sat on the floor and stared at it. We was quiet for a minute.

"Why you aint tell me.." I said calmly.

"I didn't know how..." She said back. I walked over to her and layed down by her. We fell asleep in each others arms. How could I cheat on her when she aint did shit to me. And on top of that she got cancer. Dayumm.

I woke up and saw Arii sleepin' next to me. She looked so beautiful. I smiled then it slowly faded when I remembered what happened last night.. Diamond... Cancer... I shook my head and went to the bathroom to take care of myself. When I came out Arii was on the phone.

"Today at 4?.. I can make it... ok thank you."

"Who was that?"

"My doctor... I have an appointment at 4 today."

"Want me to come."

"Uh.. Yeah." she said off ease. I could tell she was scared. She went to the bathroom to do her daily and came back out lookin' pale.. like she seen a ghost.

"What's wrong?" I asked her.

She showed me her red stained hands..

"I coughed up blood"

She said in a groggy tone.

"Let's go to the hospital now." I said. We slipped on our shoes and headed to the hospital. When we got there I checked her in and in no time we was in the room waiting on the doctor. I looked up at Arii and noticed her staring at the wall. She looked depressed.

There was a knock on the door and in walked a lady with a white coat on. She must be the nurse. I couldn't see from the front but from the back she was thick with long black hair. About 5'6 with light brown skin.

"Hello Ms. Johnson." She said to Arii. Her voice sounded familiar but I didnt play no attention to it. She checked Arii's temperature and pulse then asked her..

"Are you here alone?"

"No I'm here with my boyfriend." She said. Then I cleared my throat and she turned around. You got to be fucking kidding me. It was DIAMOND.

She looked at me in shock them smiled and reached her hand out to me.

"Hello Im Arii's nurse Traya Jones. You can call me Nurse Jones."

I shook her hand and and said 'wassupp' back then she left. But before she closed the door she winked at me and mouthed the words 'call me'. I shook my head and looked at Arii. Before I could open my mouth the doctor came in. With more bad news..
