We come to you with this breaking new about the Police finding 22 year old Rajae Moore laying face down with 6 bullets in his body. 3 to the torso, 1 in the leg, 1 in the hand, and 1 to the head. He was immediately rushed to North Western Hospital in Chicago Illinois. He was in critical condition once he arrived. There are no further updates on the life of Rajae Moore.
