The Drop

Rajae POV

It was 11:30am an I was already on my way to make this drop. These niggas got a lot of balls to make a drop in broad day light.

I pulled up to the address which seemed to be a club. It was two niggas outside waiting for me I guess and they carried the bags in for me. I followed them to V.I.P. And sat at the table in front if this black Flavor Flav lookin' ass nigga. He had a thick light skinned girl sittin' on his lap and another one rubbing his shoulders.

"You wanna drink?" He asked.

"Nah, I'm coo, I just wanna make this drop and go the fuck home." I said back.

"All about business. I like that." He said.

He tapped the girl on the leg signaling her to get up and waved the other one off so we was alone.

"That's it?" He asked.

I nodded my head. He grabbed the duffel and opened it up exposing a pack of coke. He flipped a pocket knife open and stuck it in the pack. Snorting some in his nose and tasting some off his finger he looked at me.

"This good shit." He said wiping his nose."

"I guess man ion fuck with that. Is we done here?" I said irritated.

"Woah woah easy man." He lifted his hands in surrender.

"Man whatever." I stood up and walked towards the exit. When he stopped me.

"Aye um when you get back tell Danny to send me pictures of his niece Tiana."

I stopped in my tracks.

"What?"

"Tiana... His niece. She about 1 or 2. Tell him send me pictures man."

I couldn't believe it.

"Yeah aight."

In the car I was deep in thought. What does he mean 'his niece Tiana'? Not my Tiana. He can't be talkin' about her.

I pulled back up to my hotel with a head ache.

When I got to the lobby I pressed the up button on the elevator and pressed 12. Before the door closed it opened again and this fine ass girl stepped in.

She was 5'6 with long brown hair. Light skinned and curvy kind of. She wore a white tight fitted dress and white heels with a black bow on the toe part. I looked at her up and down then shook my head. 'She aint worth it' I thought.

He looked over at me and smiled. She had deep dimples and straight white teeth.

"Can you hit 11 for me?" She asked.

"Yeah sure." I stepped forward and hit the button.

The ride was slow and awkward. We would look at each other then smile and look away. Then do it all again.

"Hi I'm Tasha." She said extending her hand to me.

"Rajae." I said just looking at her. She put her hand down and smiled.

"You here on vacation?" she asked trying to make conversation.

"Nah."

"Oh what for then?"

'Damn you da feds or something?' I thought.

"Business." I looked at the door as it opened to her floor.

"Oh well see you around Rajae. Goodnight." She smiled again and walked off.

I looked at her ass as she walked off and I was in a daze for a minute until I felt my phone buzz.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hey."

It was Arii.

"Wassupp."

"Nothing. I got your message."

"Aww yeah I got caught up in some shit. I'm aight though. Where Tiana at?" I stepped off the elevator and walked down the hall to my door. I stuck the key in and stepped in.

"She in her room laying down laying down. When you coming back?"

"I don't know friday prolly. It's wednesday now so not long."

"Oh. Well ok. Call me later or something, the babies kicking and I need to get some sleep while I can before Tiana get up."

"Aight."

"I love you."

"Love you too."

I was already laying in bed with the lights off. This day was a drag and I'm ready to go home. Imma have a day to myself tomorrow, just get around and sight see. Then I'm out this bitch.
