Chapter 16: The Cursed Ring

Weeks have passed since my date with Wonho. I still accepted the apologies of my friends even though I clearly expressed my disappointment over them for following me and Wonho during our date. In exchange, the promised not to tease me about it but instead support the two of us. As for Wonho's side, the Black Roses promised not to tease him too but when they told Gunhee about it, he wouldn't stop pestering Wonho about it until, Wonho made him shut up. Until now, we don't know what he did to do just that! Hahaha! Myungsoo, on the other hand, kept up his rivalry with Wonho over the next few days. Even though I asked them to stop bickering, they couldn't stop at all so, I always leave the two when they start arguing.

My brother was surprisingly calm when I told him what happened during our date until, I got to the 'last' part.

"YAH! I EXPLICITLY TOLD HIM NO KISSING ON THE LIPS YET!"

"Yeah but, like what I told you, it got interrupted! So, it doesn't count."

"Yes it does! He attempted it!"

But he FAILED so, there wasn't any kiss FROM him."

"Wait... From him?! YAH! DID YOU KISS HIM ON THE LIPS?!"

"Of course not!... Even though I wanted to... Only on the cheek."

"... Okay. I guess that's fine. So, he didn't ask you yet? The 'question'?"

"Oppa, we don't want to rush things yet, remember?"

"Alright. Just asking! Anyways, I do think... he's a good one for you though. Better than Myungsoo who I think you'll just have problems with."

"Really? Is that your approval?!"

"More or less."

"Yes! Thank you!"

"But, I do still think..."

"Okay I know whose name you're going to say so don't say it! He is not a suitable candidate."

"Fine, fine. But have you told him you went out on date with someone? Even though he still likes you and you don't like him anymore, he's still your childhood friend."

"...I'll just send him a message then."

Which I did but, I received no reply. I guess it surprised him a lot.

My brother told me he placed the piano that he ordered, inside the café.

"Anyone is free to play it." He said.

Occasionally, some customers would sit in front of the piano and start playing and as the days passed, more and more began playing it! One night, Kihyun decided to sit down and play his favourite song on the piano. Everyone inside the café loved it! So, my brother decided that on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, the employees (the Black Roses of course) would have a small concert! And it was a success! It even prompted the News Club to report about it!

Despite that, the requests aren't coming in for the club.

Until...

It was lunch time. All of us were in the cafeteria when Sir. K.Will asked us (his class) to go back to the classroom for an announcement. We all stood up and left since we were all finished eating anyway.
