Chapter 3: FOOD FIGHT!

Café's Office

YOUR POV

"Yah! Oppa! What are those guys doing here?!" I angrily asked my older brother, Seulong.

"I sent you a message right? They're our new waiters!"

"Waiters?! You have no idea who they are!" I told him.

"Who they are? I don't understand. They came here after they saw the notice I posted outside the café. They said they needed a part- time job and that they also go to your school. Jihyun, Woohyun, what is she talking about?" He asked the two who looked at each other.

"Well hyung... they um... It went like this earlier today at school..."

A few minutes later after Woohyun and Jihyun explained... (Except they didn't say anything about the kissing part because I kept motioning to them to not say it)

"So they basically threatened you." My brother said while looking at me.

"Yes. I replied as I nodded.

"It's your first day in your new school yet you've managed to attract some bad elements to you... Aish... I'm sorry I didn't know. I really didn't know but, they seemed sincere and genuine. Come, look outside."

We looked through the medium sized window on the door of the office. We saw the Black Roses serving the customers with smiles and greeting them happily. Minhyuk and Hyungwon were taking some orders, Shownu was carrying a tray with two plates of cake on it, I.M was mopping the floor on one corner, Jooheon just opened the door for a customer, Kihyun was taking some dirty dishes to the back while Wonho was talking happily with another customer.

"Heol! It's a complete 180 degree change from their usual selves!" said Woohyun.

"You're right! I've never seen the Black Roses smiling like that!" said Jihyun.

"Ah right, oppa, you know our uniforms right?" I asked.

"Of course. Why do you ask?"

"Did some students from our school go here before we arrived?"

"Hmm... Ah! Yes and no."

"What the heck is that answer?" I asked.

"Well I could remember some students, boys and girls, were outside the café but, they quickly left!"

"Really? It must be because of them." I said.

"So, the students in your school don't like them?" Seulong asked.

"Yes, that's true although they make up 70% of the list of the most handsome students in our school." said Jihyun.

"Heol! Really?"

Jihyun showed him the list on her phone.

"So it is true! Now what? Honestly, although I didn't like how they treated you earlier, I can't fire them. I mean, they're bringing in a lot of customers! And they're willing to work the entire night shift! Until 10PM! How about I talk to them?"

"And what will you say?" I asked.

"Hmm, that they would lose their jobs here if they try to do that to you again. Well?"

I looked at my brother. When he talks like this, I know he's very serious.

"If I were you, I think I'd agree to what your brother said." Jihyun told me.

"Yeah, the same here. At least at school they won't be able to lay a finger on you. Especially Wonho. You do remember the..." Woohyun pointed at his lips.
