Sydney Barton thought her life was wonderful. Living up her life with her brother, Clint Barton, (and eventually the Avengers) training to be an assassin just like her older brother.
It was perfect. Nothing could ruin it.
Until life wasn't so perf...

CHAPTER 11 —————————- STRONGER THAN YOU BELIEVE
Right off the bat, Sydney fought her hardest. She couldn't show her fear to that damn robot... she couldn't let him win.
Using the bow was a little different (as she hadn't used it in some time), but she was getting used to it again. Missing multiple shots, sure, but still trying.
She wanted to use her powers, give them the development they needed, but she promised Clint she wouldn't use them. Clint was more concerned about her well being. He knew how using her powers affected her. They weren't as developed and didn't want her to get hurt.
'Fine.' Sydney thought, though she didn't want to listen. She'd use her powers out of sight of Clint.
She paused for a minute to catch her breath. Who knew fighting an army of robots could take the wind out of you?
She could hear talking in her ear piece and listened intently. It was Steve. "The rest of us have one job: tear these things apart. You get hurt, hurt 'em back. You get killed, walk it off."
Sydney's face scrunched in confusion. What did that mean? Did she have to die? Was that part of the mission? It baffled her mind as she didn't quite understand. Oh well... she'd have to ask Clint about it sometime.
She took one last deep breath before ripping an arrow from her little bag to continue her rounds of shooting.
In the corner of her eye, she could see Wanda fight off the robots with her powers and Clint with his bow. It almost made her feel useless. Both were so... powerful in different ways. What did she need to be there for? They could handle themselves right?
No! — She thought. She had a right to be there. She could fight and prove herself to them. She could do it.
Robots zoomed over her head and around the buildings. Few flew just out of her reach like they were taunting and teasing her... those blue eyed robots danced through the air around her, not attacking her. Seemed odd... Ultron hated her. Why was he doing this? Sydney believed it was done on purpose. Ultron wanted this. He was trying to egg her on to use those 'special powers' she had. He wanted to see her use them, still unbelieving she was anything special. Huh... she'd show him! but... She wouldn't be tempting by him... she's stronger than him. She'd fight him without her powers. She had will power unlike the insane robot.
The two Bartons defended each other, shooting the robots each other missed. (mostly Clint protecting Sydney as she still missed a good amount of the robots) Wanda rushed a boy away, shield them with her hand. One robot crashed ahead of Wanda causing an explosion. Clint sensed another two robots flying toward them, knowing he couldn't shoot them, he shouted, "Go, go, move!"
