The Honeymoon

THE FOLLOWING DAY

DANIELS P.O.V

"This looks beautiful," Emily said holding up the magazine.

We were trying to find a place for our honeymoon.

"Where is it?" I asked.

"Nantucket," she said handing the photo to me.

"We can't get to Nantucket," I said.

"Why not?" She asked.

"The baby will be to small," I said touching her stomach.

"Then we can take your parents yacht and do a cruise for the weekend," she said.

"My parents won't just let us take the yacht," I pointed out.

"Ok, then let them cruise with us and then they can fly back home once we get to Nantucket," she said.

"You really want to go don't you?" I asked.

"Yes!" She said. "Please just invite your parents."

"Alright, I'll invite them over for dinner. On one condition..."

"What?" She asked.

"You spend the day in bed and then you can spend the night downstairs," I said.

Her eyes lit up like a child and she nodded her head quickly.

"When was Trish coming?" She asked.

"At 2 o clock, I'll give mum a call now," I said.

"Mhm," she replied.

"Actually, did you want to call Charlotte while I speak to mum," I asked.

"Sure," she said.

I handed her her phone and I sat down next to her on the bed.

EMILYS P.O.V

"Hey Em," Charlotte said answering the phone.

"Hey," I said in return.

"How are you? Daniel said you were sick again," she said.

"I am actually heaps better today thank you. How are you feeling?" I asked her.

"I have been fine! No issues what so ever," she said causing me to smile.

"What are you doing tonight?" I asked.

"Nothing, why?"

"Daniel and I are having dinner and we thought you could join us?" I asked.

"I'd love to, what time?" She asked.

"Be here at 6:30 ok?"

"Yep ill see you then," she said.

"Bye."

"Bye."

"Well Charlottes coming," I said turning to Daniel.

"Mum and dad are to," he said smiling.

"What?" I asked.

"I'm just still trying to wrap my head around the fact that we are going to be parents," he said.

"It's amazing isn't it," I said rubbing my stomach.

"Yeah, it is," he said kissing my cheek.

We were interrupted by the door bell.

"That'll be Trish," I said sitting up against the head board.

"Be back in a moment," Daniel said standing up and leaving the room.
