NO ONES P.O.V

Silence filled the room as Emily and Daniel took in what they had just been told. They were both speechless and unable to come to terms with the information.

"Are you 100% sure about this?" Daniel asked breaking the silence.

"We are possitive Daniel," Rebecca said slowly.

"Daniel, I dont know what to say," Emily confesed as she looked up at him.

"You dont need to say anything," he replied looking down at her. "Im so sorry Em."

"Why are you apoligizing?" she asked.

"My mother had caused you so much pain in your life and you would have been so much better off if you had never met me or become apart of my family," he said lookig away from her.

"Daniel. If i hadnt of met you then we wouldnt have such an amazing relationship, or the most beautiful baby. I dont know what I would do without you," she said moving his head so she could look into his eyes.

"but......"

"Daniel stop. I love you," she said pressing her lips to his.

When they moved apart Emily could see the tears that had formed in Daniels eyes.

"Please dont cry," she said wiping away the tears before they could fall down his cheek.

"I cant believe she would do this to us," he said quietly.

"Lets forget about that for now," she said looking lovingly at him. "Lets just go back to the hospital."

"Ok," he said standing up.

"Thankyou Rebecca," Emliy said shaking her hand.

"Im so sorry this was how it turned out," she replied.

"We will sort it out.," she said looking at Daniel. "Lets go."

-----------------------------HOSPITAL-------------------------

"Hopefully by tomorre you should be able to pick him up out of the cot," the doctor tols Emily as she watched her baby closley.

"Thankyou," she said looking up at the doctor.

"You have a very lucky boy. If everything stays on track you should be able to take him home in the next few days," she said kindly.

"We are extremly lucky," Emily replied.

"I'll leave you two to it," the doctor said walking out of the room.

Emily sat down in the platic chair next to Daniel and their hands intertwined.

"I love you Em," he said looking up at her.

"I love you too Daniel," she replied.

"Im sorry about my mother," he said.

"Lets just focus on the baby right now. We'll deal with your mother afterwards," she said.

"Thankyou for not hating me over this," he said.

"Daniel I couldnt hate you, and you shouldnt be taking resonsibility for your mothers actions," she replied.

He moved his head forward and thier lips locked together so they could kiss passionatly.

"He will pull through," Emily said as they moved back and looke dat each other.

"I knwo he will," Daniel repled. "He is a fighter, just like his mum."
