Chapter 30: "Special guest"

Scarlett's pov:

     I along with Allison decided to ignore them and continued with our sets. 

     I hope they would realize that we aren't interested and go away. Apparently, I spoke too soon because a certain jerk of an ex-mate decided to speak up

"Show some god damn respect and answer us. Do you even know who we are?" he sneered. 

     Sighing in annoyance, I plugged off my ear buds and turned around to glare at them with the most hatred I could muster. I heard Allison drop her dumbells and came to stand next to me. 

"First of all, I know you are the soon-to-be-alpha and along with you are your gang of idiots, I suggest you don't mess with us because we are 'special' guest," I said putting quotations on special.

     Henry who has been looking bored the whole time finally looked up and studied us with interest. 

"Special guest? How come I never see before?" Jaxon wondered out loud

"Because were special, and special people don't waste their precious time on man whores especially you" I spat out distastefully. A little of a smug smile came on my face after seeing Jaxon clench his fist and started doing breathing sessions

"Hot and spicy, I likey" I heard one of his friend mutter under his breath. My head snapped towards him along with the others. He was already staring at me with a charming smile that I'm sure he practiced in front of a mirror every morning before he used it. 

"Let me out! I'll show him HOT and a lot of SPICY" Charlotte hissed 

"No! let me out! I will ruin his face till it feels hot and spicy" Ceci joined in

     I was preparing to have one of then take control when Allison took a step in and put her hand on my shoulder. 

"What are you guys doing here? You know that Alpha Daggers booked the gym for us, so would you all please bring your pathetic selves out of here" she not so nicely said

"We're here to workout like you, I doubt that Alpha Daggers would kick his son out of here. We all know that he would do that to his son and his most trusted friends." one of his friends said 

"Even if he would kick us out, until then I would enjoy being company with you girls. I know that you don't like us now but if you girls changed your mind, you could look for me I would give you the best night of you life." Jaxon finished with a suggestive smirk

"I'll give you a nasty look but you already have one" I said nonchalantly giving Allison a high five along the way.

     The rest of the boys laughed at Jaxon's red face and called out "Burn"

Feeling satisfyed with my accomplishmet and Jaxon giving up his atempt of flirting I went back to lifting weights. 

     I just want to be as far away from them. I could feel his gaze at the back of my head. Allison would peak at Henry once in awhile.

     Come to think about it, Henry was acting oddly recently, and he doesn't talk much. It looks like Allison's rejection affected him a lot compared to that jerk Jaxon over there.

"How are you coping with Henry?" I asked Allison 

"I have been avoiding him like a plague. I just hope that we can get out of this mission thingy"

"We have to wait until Crystal's birthday comes up. After, there might be some progress"

"I hope so" she replied sadly.

     I turned around to see the boys shirtless. Their muscles hugged their body perfectly. They are laying down on a bench, lifting a weight that is 200 pounds. Jaxon caught me staring and smirked

"See something you like?"

     I snorted "No considering there is nothing to look at"

     The others laughed and said something like 'burnnn'. I rolled my eyes, typical boys.

"Let's get outta here" I said grabbing Allison's hand.

     We arrived at the lobby from earlier and the guy from before looked up at us. He winked towards us, and I flipped him off. You better see his expression, it was funny as hell.

"I knew coming out was a wrong idea..." Allison muttered

"Why would you say that?" I asked

"Because, if we didn't come out, then we wouldn't encounter them. And now seeing Henry makes me feel guilty of rejecting him"

"So? I didn't know they would choose the same day as me to work out! Plus! I didn't work out for like forever!" I exclaimed throwing my hand in the air

"But we have a workout room in the house!" She whined 

"Yeah I know- wait-no no no- back the f*ck up, your saying that we have that in our house and I was cluless this whole time!"

     She looked at me like I lost my mind. I've been losing my mind since day one when I came here

"Duh! If you actually take your time to explore the house, then we wouldn't need to come out"

"If you knew, then why didn't you remind me!"

"It slipped my mind," she said sheepishly.

     We arrived at the house shortly after, and I immediately explored the house. Woah! Allison was right! I didn't explore enough. 

     I find rooms that I never noticed before. There are like pools and yes there is a workout room. Basically I can live my whole life here without going out.

     Tomorrow is monday... that means 2 more weeks before Crystal's birthday... which also means 2 more weeks until things get more serious...

Hi ya!  

So I would like to tell you guys that there is a reason behind everything. So I normally don't have the inner selves talk much unless neccessary. Why? Its because Scarlett and Allison have like 5 of them each. If I have all of them and the ones from other characters talk in the story then its a lot of work to do.

And since there are a lot of characters, I tried to keep track of all of the things that are happening and tried to lead one thing to another

I finally learned my lesson. Everything comes with a price. And I payed my food time to give you guys updates.

😢I'm missing out on all the food I could've have *locks myself in my bedroom and cry my heart out*

I swear I'm bipolar sometimes...
