Crystal's pov:

The whole ride, I kept quite. I tried mind linking Scar, Allison, and my pack, but came up with nothing. This only mean one thing, they injected me wolfsbane.

Wolfsbane is different than silver. Silver blocks weres from shifting and it burns our skin but wolfsbane blocks mind link and it blocks our scent.

"Naomi?"

"I'm here" I sighed in relief. At least my wolf is still here, but sound weak. I figured they didn't inject me that much to actually block me from my wolf

The car came to a halt, and I heard a door near me open. A hand grabbed me roughly by the arm and dragged me out. Their pace was fast, and I was having a hard time keeping up with them.

We entered a place that reeks of blood, and burned flesh, I assume that this is the dungeon or something. Then the blindfold was ripped off my eyes and I had to blink a few time to get used to the change of light. When I finally adjusted I noticed that we are in a hallway with lights above and the gray walls are covered with fungus and cracks.

We pass many cells and each one of them is occupied. I came across one that has a woman's back facing me. But that wasn't what got my attention, it's the tail that got my attention, she doesn't have legs but a tail with scales.

Before I could watch her any longer I was roughly pushed from behind. I was about to yell when they pushed me again to walk faster

Then another cell came into view and I saw a man with gray wings chained to the wall. His head hangs low and there is blood on his wings along with feathers around him. When he lifted his head, I was shocked to see the crazed look on him. He thrashed around and the sound of the chains scraping against each other rang through the empty hall.

Before I could look more, the men behind me roughly shoved me forward again almost causing me to fall.

We stopped at one of the cells. The rogues opened the door and threw me inside. I landed on the floor and scraped myself. Now that hurts like a b*tch

The stranger or whoever it was holding me up roughly by the hair, and I let out a small whimper. I could hear them chuckle darkly, enjoying me suffering from pain. I really want to lash out at them, but I couldn't.

They closed the door behind them. All I could see was darkness except for the little light coming in from the little window on the door, but I did notice the two rogues in front of them. And immediately I growled at them

They only, laughed at me before one of them punched me in the stomach. I bent over and gritted my teeth.

This  is nothing compared to the intense training that Allison gave me, just endure and don't let them have the satisfaction of seeing you in pain Crystal

"What? Did you turn mute" one of them mocked me. I glared at him, but it only made them laugh harder

"No, I did not. I'm just relishing in the feeling of pitifulness because weaklings like you only know how to lash out on girls. So tell me how does it feel like to be a pussy?"

They stopped laughing, and the guy that punched me landed at blow on my face. My head snapped to the side due to the impact. I bit my lips from making any sounds and tried ignoring the pain

I laughed bitterly, if I died here, I wouldn't give them the satisfaction of seeing me in pain.

The other guy chained me to the wall. They landed a few more hits on me before someone stopped them

"ENOUGH!" the two rogues stopped and turned around to the door. Light poured into the room, and standing in the doorway was a man in a black suit.

Isn't he dressed too formal for a situation like this?

"Get out" he ordered. Not wasting a second, the both of them exited. I continued staring at him.

Now that there are lights, I could clearly see the cell I'm put in. The room is small and dirty with small puddles here and there. And don't get me started with the smell. It smelt like somebody died in here but nobody bothered to clean up.

When I was examining the place, I noticed that someone lit up the room, and now the man is sitting in front of me.

I could see his face better. But looking into his eyes, all I could see was pure evilness, and it doesn't need an idiot to identify him.

"Michael" I breathed out. All the confident that I had earlier seems to flow out the window as I continued to stare at him.

He smiled wickedly at me, showing me his yellow teeth, stretching his nasty scar.

"I see that you have recognized me, secret guardian"
