Allison's pov:
After a short while, Isabella and Jessica decided that it is time to leave.
"We need to go now. Brett and Caden are waiting for us" Isabella said standing up dusting her pants.
"Ohh, are you really in a hurry to get back," Scarlett said wiggling her eyebrows and started making kissing faces
Jessica sighed "Scarlett, you're such a dirty mind"
" you did not just say that" Scarlett gasped dramatically and placed her hands over her heart
"take those words back!"
"Too bad they already came out," Jessica said sticking her tongue out. I continued to enjoy my lunch as best as I can. Trust me, school lunch is disgusting...
"Guys guys, let's stop, we still need to get back, contact us when you find your mates" Isabella informed us.
We waved them goodbye and watched as the male population turned and looked at their asses. I rolled my eyes horny dogs
"Why didn't you tell them about our mates?" Crystal asked throwing away her tray.
"Trust me, you don't want to. If we did... let's just say we won't be able to see them again, or more specifically Jaxon" Scarlett muttered.
***3 weeks later***
It has been 3 weeks. Crystal's birthday is coming up, me and Scarlett have been preparing... preparing to introduce Crystal to the real us.
Yes, we decided to tell her everything during her birthday
School has already ended, me and Scarlett graduated from high school!
We're not planning to go to college since we're already taking classes in Heaven.
Talking about Heaven, I missed the perfect weather, I missed all the flying angels, I missed the Pegasus, I missed all the food we have. And I especially missed mom and dad.
Scarlett set up cameras around the territory, while I go around setting up alarms connected to our security room. You heard me, we have a security room. Inside there are screens showing the different places of the forest. The cameras are well hidden in the trees. If there are any rogue sightings then the alarm will go off. Of course, it will go off in the room.
The credits go to Uncle Hephaestus built us alarms that can detect rogue and unfriendly scents.
Once again, he is really smart, too smart that I find it creepy sometimes...
I'm now laying on my bed and reading fallen angels. I fell in love with the series since city of bones.
I was getting to the part where Kyle was about to be attacked by Maia when my door banged loudly against the wall causing me to jump as well.
Before I could process anything, I felt someone sitting at my back and another weight much lighter sit at my bum.
"Dafuq?" I yelled putting a hand over my heart to control my heart rate. I almost had a heart attack!
"Don't worry Allison. We are immortal! If you die of a heart attack then...it's a shame!" Scarlett teased ruffling my hair.
I smacked her hand away with a scowl on my face. I'm older and she treats me like I'm the younger one!
I noticed how she isn't in her disguise. Well me neither, it's just too uncomfortable in that nerd outfit!
Royal came in front of me and started licking my face causing me to laugh
"Still haven't got your wings back?" I said to Royal. He whimpered running over to Scarlett. Laying his head on his paws and widened his blue eyes giving her his puppy face.
A face that immediately had my heart melting like ice on fire
"A face that can even relive my dead heart" Mary sighed in my head
I can see Scarlett struggling to not fall for his charm, and eventually, she won "no Royal! You will get it back when people know who we are" Scarlett scold.
Royal whimpered some more and covered his eyes.
"FINE! FINE! I will bring your wings back... but nobody is allowed to see your true form when you have them out ok?"
Royal yelped in happiness and jumped around my bed. Scarlett closed her eyes and murmured some spell in latin
Not long later, Royal's white wings sprouted from his back, and he started flapping them.
"Ok Royal. You can go out for a run. But remember don't let anyone see you. If there happens to be anyone, then you have the permission to erase their memory got it?" Scarlett said.
Yea I know, our dog can erase memories. How cool is that?
Royal barked as a reply and licked us both in the face before flying out the window towards the forest. I watched him disappear into the forest before turning back to my book
I swear that Royal sometimes acted like a human. I think it's because he was Scarlett's pet for this long. I once saw Royal shifted into a vampire.
And let me tell you he was cute. He shifted into a vampire with blue eyes and blond hair. I couldn't stop myself from messing with his hair at that time. And guess what? He got annoyed and bit me.
Scarlett decided at that time to annoy me. She got off of me and started jumping around on the bed, causing me to bounce along with her
"What do you want Scarlett? Can't you see I'm reading?" I said annoyed
She gave me an innocent smile. The smile that I know oh so well.
"Seriously Alli? We aren't in school anymore. And you don't need to put up your nerd acts" she whined sitting down and hugging my pillow
I raised my eyebrows at her
"NERD ACTS?" I yelled, "this book is awesome!" pulling the book to my chest I continued reading it
Scarlett snatched the book away from me and chucked it away somewhere on the floor
"hey!" I yelled reaching for it. But Scarlett stopped me
"Tomorrow is Crystal's birthday. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO GET HER!" she basically screamed the last part. Oww my ears
"OK! OK! You didn't have to yell. I didn't get her a gift too. Maybe we can get her something special..." I sighed reaching for my book but frowned when the paper cover was bent down the middle.
Damn! I should've got the hard cover one. Poor book never got a chance to look perfect
