I'm here with another chapter!
I'm so sorry that I couldn't update sooner. It's just that school is coming to an end and I have finals to take. Lots of them. Been studying non-stop and stressing over useless stuff. That is me right there, then my teachers gave out a lot of homework and here I am doing them non-stop just for the sake of my grades.
So to make up for all the updates I missed, I decided to make this chapter longer than planned. AND NO CLIFFHANGERS THIS TIME!!!

Scarlett's pov:
I watched horrified as Jim locked the cell door behind him and approached towards Crystal's door.
I tried getting up, only to fall back down when the pain worsened. He unlocked the door and stepped in
"CRYSTAL!" I yelled when I heard a whimper. Crawling slowly to the bars I pulled myself into a standing position, ignoring the burning sensation.
Crystal was suddenly slammed onto the bars by Jim, her screams echoed loudly through the halls. Winter was barking loudly and growled at Jim. Her canines bared from what I could see. Although that didn't last long, just as she was about to lunge for Jim, she was pushed away by some force.
Lights suddenly filled the cells, blinding my eyes. When I could see properly, I noticed Winter pinned to the ground by some black mist. Her whimpers added to Crystals screams
"JIM STOP! SHES JUST AN INNOCENT PERSON!" I screamed as tears flow down my face. His head snapped to mine, showing me his demon eyes.
"She is innocent you tell me?" he laughed "everyone that is involved with you are nowhere near innocent, princess. I would kill all of them and together. Then, Allison, you and I could live happily in Heaven, ruling as Gods"
"You are f*cking delusional if you think I would go along with this" I gritted my teeth, my hands tightening around the bars. At the very back of my mind, I could hear all my inner selves growling, but it was very faint.
I don't remember them injecting me with anything, even if they did it would've been out of my system right now.
I closed my eyes, trying to summon my powers. I imagined a ball of fire, but still, I felt nothing.
"Your powers won't work here princess" I hear Jim's disgusting voice said "the cell you're in is made out of diamonds to forge the Harpe. It's quite useful if you tell me, makes any supernatural into a weak human. Pretty rare and very hard to find too. Do you know how much trouble we went through to get this? You-"
"You talk a lot you know that right?" I cut him off irritated.
His eyes grew even redder if possible, and I got a sense of satisfaction when I see that he is getting pissed off. That is until he squeezed Crystal's throat harder and her whimpers got louder.
"STOP! You let her go and I would do whatever you want" I pleaded, hoping it would get him to release her
He appears to be thinking "you said anything I want?" he asks. I nodded my head.
A sly grin spread across his face "I want you and Allison all to myself. But first, I want to kill her" he raised the dagger over Crystal's chest.
Just as he was about to plunge the dagger into Crystal's heart, frantic footsteps were heard heading our way.
"Mr. Black, your presence is needed in the meeting room," a buff looking man, dressed in a black suit said bowing in front of Jim.
