Scarlett's pov:

"YOU!"

"It's nice to see you too, princess"

     He even have the nerve to smile at me

"What are you doing here Jim? Aren't you supposed to be in Heaven? Not everyone is allowed to come down here without permission."

     His smile widened and he came closer to the bars. Gripping my hands in his, he kissed my knuckles.

     I immediately pulled my hands away from his grasp, giving him a disgusted look "Don't touch me" I sneered at him.

     He still looks the same since the last time I saw him. The same blonde hair with blue eyes and that soft innocent look that all angels have.

     But there is something off about him, he doesn't radiate the aura of pureness around him. Being in a presence of an angel gives you warmth and comfort. I just can't put my finger on it. He couldn't be a fallen angel either since there are no tattoo marks on his neck.

     Usually, when angels are kicked out of Heaven, they are marked with tattoos to represent what sins they committed and its painful process for the fallen. Many died even before they were kicked out while others are near to death after turning into a fallen, the rest? They died and remained as souls in hell. Having no purpose but to serve uncle Hades and his demons.

"I missed you, my love"

     I scrunched my nose in disgust. Who gave him the right to call me that?

"I can't say the same, Jim. And I'm. Not. Your. Love." I gritted my teeth

     I hear Crystal snort from the shadows and I choose to ignore her.

"Seriously, what are you doing here Jim?"

"I'm here to find you love" he smiled at me again. What is it with him and the endearments?

     Well who cares, I could just have him to get us out of here

"Great, since you found me. Get us out of here now!"

      He shook his head. When he looked at me again, I was taken back when I noticed that his eyes are glowing red. Giving me a smirk he unlocked the cell and walked in

"No can do darling. Why would I help you escape if I'm the one that put you in here?"

      Mad was an understatement. I was fucking pissed.

"HOW COULD YOU! YOU FUCKING TRAITOR! HOW COULD YOU BETRAY MY MOTHER LIKE THAT!" screaming, I punched him but it did little to no effect. Jim didn't seem fazed that I just punched him in the face, he didn't even move.

      I shoved him as hard as I can, all I got in return is for him to take a step back before he rushed forward and pinned me to the walls by the throat

      I gasped out in pain when my back made contact with the wall. It's something more powerful and poisonous than the bars. I felt the burning sensation on my back and coughed out in pain.

     Jim lifted me up, I coughed even more when his hold tightened. The lower part of my shirt lifted up and my skin made contact with the wall. Screaming when my skin burned and redness clouded my vision. It felt like I'm being burned alive and I could do nothing about it
