Falling for her/him

Chapter 27

Simon's POV

Once Amanda falls asleep I grab my phone to check the time and it's only 1pm. I slowly slide away from her and walk into the living room where Eric has left all his toys in the floor and Amanda left her phone. I start picking up all of Eric's toys and soon finish. I then grab Amanda's phone and slip it in my pocket so it doesn't come up missing like it always seems to do. I plop down on the couch and close my eyes for a second then I feel a small hand reach up and tug on my shirt.  My eyes fly open and there is Eric, my handsome boy.

"Daddy." He says faintly.

"Hey big man." I say while pulling him up into my lap. "How was your nap?" I ask quietly.

"Good." He says rubbing his eyes.

"Are you still tired?" I ask lightly pulling on his shirt.

He nods his head so I pull him into my chest and rock him back and forth slowly. Soon enough he's peacefully asleep and not bothering anyone. I sit there for about another hour with him until Amanda walks in with her hair up in a pony tail and a smile on her beautiful face. She sets beside me and lays her head on my shoulder.

"I think that was the best hour of sleep I've got in awhile." She says quietly.

"I knew you would enjoy it." I chuckle.

"Thank you Si." She says before pecking my lips and wrapping her arm around Eric and I. I'm actually very excited to marry her and we be a real family. Maybe even have another kid.

"I would love to have another kid." Amanda says.

"Oh damn did I say that out loud?" I ask my face turning red.

"Yes you did and I'm glad you said it." She says kissing my cheek.

Alesha's POV

I grab my car keys and storm out of the house to my car and slide in slamming the door behind me. David runs out in the rain and knocks on my window. I shake my head and roll down the window.

"Alesha, please come inside." he says putting his hands on the edge of my window. 

"Why should I?!? I can't even look at you the same way David! You sat and told me you didn't think we would last more than three months!" I yell at him.

"You didn't let me finish!" He yells back, water sputtering at his lips and water dripping from his hair. I get out of the car and stand in front of him getting myself soaked with in seconds. I cross my arms and look at him waiting for him to continue.

"I didn't think we would last long because of all my screw ups but we did! And I want to be with you forever! I want us to have kids and a life together until we die." He says. He reaches in his pocket and gets on one knee looking me in the eyes. He opens the small black box and grabs one of my hands. I cover my face and look at him in amazement.

"Alesha Dixon will you marry me?" He asks looking me in the eyes and I can see tears slipping from his face.

"Yes! Yes of course!" I reply excitedly and jump into his arms. He spins me around and kisses my lips excitedly. He sets me down and slips the ring on my finger and the kisses my ring and hand before pulling me into his chest and holding me tightly.
