Falling for her/him

Chapter 20

Alesha's POV

Once at the bottom of the stairs I notice Simon and Amanda are two totally different sides of the living room. I sneak behind Amanda and scare her shit-less. She turns and jumps over the couch and then tackles me to the ground. We goof off for a few minutes until Simon comes behind her and picks her up off of me. David stands up in front of me and reaches his hand out for me to grab. I grab his hand and he pulls me up. I feel like I'm gonna pass out so I run outside and collapse on the ground. Simon walks outside and notices me. "DAVID!" He yells. He runs by my side and slowly picks me up Bridal style. I lay my head on his chest due to the dizziness I'm feeling. He starts to walk in but I speak up. "No Simon, I just want to stay outside." 

"Okay I'll just sit on the step." He replies back so very softly. He rubs my back for a few moments to calm me. I look up and didn't even notice David was standing watching with tears in his eyes. I reach for him like a child and he switches with Simon. "I'm gonna leave you two alone." Simon says, walking inside.

"What's wrong babe?" I ask David.

"I'm......You just scared me. What's wrong?" He asked sniffling.

"I don't know. I just got extremely dizzy and then my body just gave out." I say softly.

"Do I need to take you to the ER?" He asked almost getting up.

"David, no just stay right here." I say, while wiping the tears from his eyes. He nods his head and I peck his lips and lay on his chest.

Amanda's POV

After about an hour after Alesha collapsed we all grab a drink. "Well, I think it's good to say we have had an exciting day." David comments.

 I smile slightly and then remember we have to pick up Eric and plan for our vacation. I remind Simon and he nods his head. We say our goodbyes and then leave so we can go get Eric from the babysitter's place. In the car Simon is holding my hand and making a few comments here and there. 

"So where do you want to go for vacation?"  I ask softly.

He lets out a low hum and then answers "How about a boat?" he asks.

"Hmmm good one. Where too?" I ask with a finger on my chin.

"Well I was thinking somewhere sunny and with a beach." He says 

"There's so many which one?" I ask looking at him wide eyed.

"How about Anse Lazio, Praslin, Seychelles ." He suggest.

"Oh my Gosh that's like one of the most beautiful beaches ever!" I say excitedly.

"Yes it is and that is where we will go for a week and then back home to relax some more before we both go back to work." he says before getting out of the car to get Eric. 

I get out and sit on the hood of the car waiting to see Eric's little smile. I'm on the hood for about 10 minutes before I see little Eric running towards me calling my name out happily.

I jump off the hood in time to catch him in my arms and twirl him around in circles. He laughs his cute little laugh and squeezes me tightly. I feel a pair of arms wrap tightly around me and I gasp and first no knowing who it is but then look down and recognize his hands. I then let out a giggle and spin around face to face with him. He pecks my nose and then we all get in the car. Once at my house I hurry and pack for 1 week and then we go to Simon's house and I pack Eric's bag while Si packs his own bag. Once we are done we put everything in the car and eat dinner together. 

As I'm shoving a fork full of Pasta in my mouth I smile at the sight of all of us eating together for the first time in awhile. 

"What's got you so happy?" Simon asked grinning.

"We are all sitting together eating. It's as if we were..." I stop there not sure if I can finish.

"Family." Simon smiles.

I nod my head and blow Eric a kiss who has sauce all over his face and clothes. I chuckle and take a napkin wiping him up. "Amanda, I wanted to ask you something." Simon says looking me straight in the eyes.

"What's that Si?" I reply finishing wiping up Eric.

I feel a tap on my shoulder and I turn around to Simon on one knee.

"Amanda, ever since I met you it's been hard for me to even come up with the right words to tell you I love you. I wake every morning waiting to see your smiling face. Through all your struggle and pain. Also your happiness and joy I want to be there for it all." He states.

He pulls out black box and looks me in the eyes while opening it. "Amanda Louise Holden, Will you do me the honors of marrying me?" he asks happily.

I feel tears slide down my cheeks and I'm shaking from the happiness. "Yes, Yes, Yes!" I reply back happily, jumping at him.

He slides the ring on my finger and embraces me not letting go for awhile. I really do love him i think to myself.
