Chapter 34

"Do you wanna go to Winter Wonderland?" Taehyung suddenly popped the question up while I was lying down on his lap when we were watching tv. Yes, I know. A very lame thing to do.

"What is that?" I raised my eyebrow and diverted my attention from the tv to him.

"What do you mean 'what is that'? You don't know Winter Wonderland?" He sat up straight from his position and looked at me seriously.

I nodded my head innocently, agreeing to his statement that I don't know about what ever land he was talking about.

"Did Jimin ever take you to those kind of places when you guys were together?"

I shook my head this time, telling the truth.

In response, he sighed and rubbed the temple of his forehead. "What has he been doing as a boyfriend to you all this while?" He whispered that to himself but of course, I could hear it.

"Get up," He tapped my shoulder.

"Why?" I slid an arm underneath his lap that I have my head on and wrapped it around him.

"We're going out now, let's go," He got up, causing me to involuntarily do the same thing, losing the warmth from his body.

"Where?"

"To Winter Wonderland," He grabbed his car keys and looked at me with a pitiful look.

"Why so sudden?"

"Because I'm being a fun guy to be with compared to Jimin who didn't even bring you to Winter Wonderland. Seriously, what have he been doing his whole life?" He nagged at me which caused me to roll my eyes unconsciously.

"Don't do that," He pointed at me.

"Do what?" I challenged him and folded my arms across my shoulder.

"That eye-roll thingy, don't roll your eyes at me."

"And if I don't listen to you, what would you do?"

"Then, I won't listen to you either," He said proudly as he too, folded his arms across his chest.

A moment of silence suddenly engulfed the situation, making it somehow tense yet a tad awkward.

"And you know what I mean by not listening to you," He suddenly winked at me and took his coat off the sofa, putting it on him. "Get ready in 5, I'm waiting in the car."

"What? That is so quick, are you serious about dragging me out of the house?" I whined as I found it hard to believe how a minute ago we were sitting on the couch watching tv and now we're going to some winter theme park which I've never been to.

He held an 'okay' sign with his hand without saying anything and waved me off, exiting the room. I sighed heavily because I was too lazy to go out today and I was planning to just laze around all day with him. Looks like that's not the case now.

After changing into a simple outfit which was just skinny jeans with two layers of sweatshirt (I know right) and an oversized knitted sweater on top, I quickly went downstairs to the lobby and spotted him waiting in the car.

"You're ready, princess?" He turned from his steering wheel to me.

I smiled at the mention of princess and got hyped up all of a sudden. "Yes."

"Hm, no. Not really," He thought for a while as he observed me and frowned.

"What? What's wrong?"

In silence, he reached over from his seat and pulled my seat belt from the corner of the seat and fixed it for me, literally teasing my lips while doing it when our faces were just inches apart.
