"Hold still" Willow was sat on the sofa in the front room of the compound and Bradley perched on the table she dragged closer so she could reach his neck. She had held a white, square bandage over the bleeding in order to stop it.

Bradley flinched as she made contact with the wound, it hurt more than he expected. "Agh" he groaned.

"I said hold still" she repeated "I don't see why you aren't taking any vampire blood"

"I don't see why we can't go to the hospital" he replied

"Because, if I take you into hospital with two suspicious holes in your neck which resemble that of vampire bites, it might look a bit strange" she explained sarcastically, like it was obvious.

Bradley fell silent again as Willow taped part of the bandage down on his neck. He looked up at her and saw her concentration face, and out of all emotions he could show, he began to laugh.

It was contagious, there was something about his laugh that always made her smile. Willow began to laugh too "what're you laughing for?" She asked, her hand still on his neck as she finished taping down the first edge of the square.

"It's just that, I love you so much" he told her, smiling widely "there would literally be no other girl on this entire planet that id actually do this for"

Willow looked to the floor again, as she tried to occupy herself with something else. She didn't know it was because he went through a lot today, or because she felt sorry for him, but she wanted to tell him she loved him too. Or maybe it was because she did. "I love you too" she said back to him.

"You used to tell me you loved me everyday" he told her "this is the first time you've told me in four days"

"Complications" Willow shrugged, trying not to let the sound of heartbreak through his voice get to her "I'm just worried about keeping everyone alive. Including you" she raised her eyebrows before getting another strip of bandage tape.

"I have a feeling that a lecture will come out of this" Bradley mentioned.

"Well, I'll be lecturing you about maybe not coming with me next time" Willow stuck the third piece onto his neck "and then I'll be lectured by, pretty much everyone else, about leaving the house without them knowing"

"So you're basically trapped" Bradley summed it all up

"I'm not trapped" Willow shook her head "they're just keeping me safe, because if I didn't have them, I wouldn't have had anyone, and I would probably be dead"

"I don't think it would go that far"he replied

"I've told you before. My parents gave me up to another two witches, they died at the hands of Tristan. Luckily, someone saved me and took me to another family. They then died at the hands of Tristan. I was then held captive for three months until the Mikaelson's saved me, alongside Christopher. If not for them, those vampires would have bled me dry and then let me die so nobody else could use me against them"

"So, not an over exaggeration" Brad felt slightly bad for accusing her of that.

Willow stuck the last bit of tape on his neck and secured the bandage around the wound, it was already starting to seep with blood.

But her eyes didn't stay on Bradley for so long. They directed to the door and she cut off all communication with him, Willow was touching his hand but then she stopped and pulled away.

Willow slowly stood to her feet, really hoping that what she saw wasn't a dream, and that it was real.

Elijah stood at the doorway, alone. His white shirt torn and covered in a velvety red colour. His skin also stained from previous wounds that must've healed.

His hair was disheveled, the man looked a complete and utter mess. Like he had been subdued and force to endure days on end of torture. He looked a broken man.

"Oh my god, Elijah" she ran over to him, he opened his arms to let her in, like he expected her to run into them. But still he looked so surprised when she did.

Elijah took a moment, resting his cheek on the side of her head and stroking her hair. He just stayed there to appreciate what he had, what he still had. She was still alive and he never thought he'd see her again, he never thought he'd ever escape the hell he had came from.

"I'm so sorry" Willow whispered. Elijah didn't even have to ask why, he understood.

"It's okay" he said "it's okay, I'm here now. I'm okay"

"Elijah" Klaus had stumbled upon their little reunion, he was relieved to see his brother alive, even if he wasn't in the best condition.

"Brother" Elijah let go of Willow and turned to him "we have a big problem"
