  The next couple of days was normal, I hung out with my new group of friends and we went to see a movie. The girls took me shopping to the mall, It was great and I had fun. Matt was flirting with me every now and then. It was Friday and I had gym. I went to dressing room after collecting my gym dress. I stripped out of my jean and t-shirt and changed to shorts and sports dress which was sleeveless and tight fitted. I put my hair into a pony tail and walked out to the gym. There were two guys standing at the entrance, on seeing me they came up to me and started flirting. I tried to avoid and just walk past them when one of the guys caught my wrist. 

"Let go" I said through my gritted teeth. 

"Awwe.. What's the hurry babe lets have some fun. Since you are with Matt you know what fun is" 

      I was about to slap them when someone put their hands around my shoulder. I turn to look and saw it was Matt. His eyes were throwing daggers at those guys. If looks could kill they would have died long ago. Those guy just stormed away from us without anotherr word. 

"Wow thanks Matt. You sure are a scary guy" I teased him. 

"Its my duty to protect my girl" he said with a wink. My Girl! Wow when did this happen I thought to myself. 

     As the week passed, I became close to Lisa and Matt. I also found a part-time job at a local store. It was three days a week, which was perfect for me. I had enough time for my school works too. It was Saturday and I was still in bed, covered by my warm duvet and enjoying the long sleep. When all of the sudden someone jumped on me. I groan and pull my covers to see my sister Marie grinning at me. She is 4 years older than me. She had brown hair like my dad and green eyes like my mom.  

"Get your lazy ass up. We have a dress fitting to do" 

      I looked at my clock, it was 7am. "Marie its 7 on a Saturday. Can't we go after lunch? Please" I asked her with my puppy dog eyes. 

"No way. Noah is waiting downstairs. Get ready and be down in 20mins." She turned to leave once at the door she turned back to me "By the way your puppy face doesn't work with me" 

      I stuck my tongue at her and got out of my bed to get ready. After 20 mins I was sitting on the kitchen stool drinking my coffee. My mom was talking to Marie and Noah was sitting next to me. 

"How do you put up with her?" I asked him in hushed tone. 

       He just shrugged and said "I guess it comes with falling in love". Noah was a cool guy. He and Marie had been dating for 2 years. She moved in with him last year and getting married in couple of months. I always thought him as a brotherly figure to me. After finishing breakfast, mom went to work and we went to the mall. Once at the bridal store, Marie found the perfect dress. It was one shoulder, floor length dress with sequence at waist and chest part. Now it was my turn to find a dress. After going through few dresses we decided on the purple dress. It was soft satin, open shoulder and stopped just below my knee. I liked it a lot and Marie was also happy with my choice. We placed order for me and Marie's friend who was the bride's maid. Noah had already selected her suit so we paid for the dresses and went to grab lunch at the food court. While we were having our food I heard my name being called. I turned to see Matt and Josh coming our way. 

"Who's that hot yummy guy?" Marie asked which resulted in a glare from Noah. 

"Hi Matt. Josh" I stood up to give Matt a hug. "Hi' they said in unison. 

"This is my sister Marie and her fiancé Noah" 

"Hi its nice to meet you guys" Matt said while shaking their hands. 

"Tessa you didn't tell me you had a sexy ass boyfriend!" Marie said 

"Marie... we go to school together and he's just my friend" I said while Matt had an amused smile on his face. 

"So. You got any plans after this?" Matt asked. 

Before I could answer Marie butt in "Nope. Nothing. She is all yours" she said with a wink. 

"Good to hear. Let's go then. The others are waiting" with that said he pulled me to the mall's exit. I turned to glare at my sister while she was giving me thumbs up. I just shook my head and went with him. 

     Matt and Josh got in the front while I got in the back seat. Matt drove the car to god knows where. After sometime I lost my patience and asked where we are going. 

"You'll see" was his brilliant reply. I huffed and sat back in the seat. 

       We drove to Matt's house where he told the others were. The house was a beautiful white building. It had a nice garden and trees which surround the house. We went into the house towards the kitchen. The kitchen was well planned with black and white theme. We grabbed our drinks and made our way to the back. Once at the back door I stood still. Before me was a large beautiful pool. I spotted Lisa talking with some guy. I was brought back to reality when Matt pulled me towards the pool. Once near the pool, Matt stripped down to his swimming trunks. His toned stomach and abs looks yummy.  

"Like what you see?" Matt said smirking at me. I just blushed and turned away from him.  

"Let's get in" Matt said. I shook my head. No way I'm getting in poll with HOT Matt. 

       He started stepping towards me. I know what he was up to and turned and ran to the back door. Just before my hand reached the door, I was hauled up by Matt onto his shoulders. He ran towards the pool. 

"Put me down" I screamed while hitting his back. 

     "No can't do babe" came his reply before I was thrown in to the pool. I surfaced and swam to the edge. Lifting myself up. I turned to look at Matt with an evil smile. Matt stopped his laugh when his eyes landed on me. Yes its his turn to run. He bolted towards the garden with trees with me hot on the heals. I was about to reach him but he slipped. Finally I jumped and landed on his back. He lost his balance and fell down. We rolled down the small slope resulting Matt lying in top of me. My hands were on his toned chest, my wet shirt sticking to my body. Both our bodies were pressed together. I looked up to his face. He looked between my eyes and lips and inched towards me. My breath was coming in short ones. His lips touched mine and I didn't know how, but I was kissing him back. He pulled back to catch his breath, rolled of me and lay next to me. We lay there for sometime looking at the sky. 

      "We should go" he told me while standing up and offering me a hand. I took his hand and we made back to the pool. We spent the whole afternoon at his house. When it was time to leave Matt offered me to drive back home. Once at my home he walked me to the door.  

" I had a nice time. Thanks Matt. See you on Monday" 

" Ya me too" he was about to say something when the front door opened reveling my mom. 

"Hi mom this is my friend Matt. Matt my mom" I told between them. 

"Hello Mrs. Blye nice to meet you. I better get going. See you at school Tessa" with that he turned and ran to his car and sped down the road. 

      Once in my room, I took a shower and changed to my pjs. I lay on the bed thinking about the kiss. When Boomer came and jumped on the bed lying next to me.  

     "Boomer I kissed Matt today. Do you think its ok or was it wrong?" He lifts his head to look at me and put his head back on the bed. "Ya I know its too fast" With that thought I went to sleep.
