Chapter 18

Ethan's POV

I can't believe I'd nearly loose control today at the theater. With Tessa near me, my wolf was going crazy making me wanting to mark her. Thank god I was out of there and away from her. Seth was on the edge driving me to the pack house. I was out of the car before it even stopped and bolted to the woods. I shifted to my black wolf mid-step and ran through the woods dodging the branches. Everything was I a blur as I ran. I pushed my legs as fast as it can go. I ran for god knows how long finally reaching my destination. My heaven.

I lay under that tree calming myself until I heard someone nearing me. I knew it was Liam from his scent. He was in his dark brown wolf. He sat next to me looking at the setting sun.

"Feeling better?" he asked through the link.

"Ya. I can't believe I almost lost control with her today"

"I told you it'll be hard with the full moon nearing. You should have maintained your distance from her"

"I thought being near her will calm my wolf" I sighed.

"You better be prepared for the next few days. It'll be hell without marking her. Your wolf will want to take over and mark her"

"Then I better stay away from her. Her smell, voice, everything about her is toxcing me. But I don't want to loose her by messing up"

"Then we better lock you up. You know all of us will help you to get through this right"

We talked for some more time and made our way back to the pack house. Since my clothes were in pieces I went in my wolf form to my room. I change in to human form and put on some cloth in the bathroom. When I came back to my room Liam and Seth were in my room. Seth was looking uneasy.

"What?" I asked him

"Tessa called few times. We told that you were sleeping. She wants you to call her back"

"Ok I'll call her" I said reaching for my mobile on my desk. But before I could reach it, Liam snatched it from there and held to it. I looked up to him.

"I don't think it's a good idea. You should put as much distance from her as you can. Hearing her voice will stir up your wolf again. So no mobile for next few days" Liam said.

I nodded walking to my bed.

"Seth will be here with you now. You better not leave this room for your own good" he said and went out.

Seth settled himself on the couch and I lay on my bed. I was tired from my run so I fell asleep soon.

Sunday was hell. I can't think straight. My wolf was scratching to come out and find our mate. I was so stupid to start the bond now I'm paying for my careless behavior. My sister brought food to me and my baby sitter. Yep one or more of my friends were with me always keeping me in check. Right now it was Leah and Seth. As time passed it was very hard to control my wolf.

When Monday came I was lashing on everyone whom came near me. The chair in my room was broken, my window glass was shattered, curtains ripped off, even Liam and Kyle got a few punches from me. So they thought it was better for me to be in my cabin because that place always seems to calm me down a little.

I was in my cabin tossing n my bed. My body was like it was on fire. I discarded off my shirt long ago. I know the guys were outside making sure I don't run out to find my mate. I lost track of time. My friends didn't even dare to knock my door even to bring me food. Food was the least I cared.

Suddenly my wolf was restless. I don't know what was happening. I found out the reason when I heard the most angelic voice, the voice of my mate. She was in the pack house arguing with my friends. My wolf wants to break the door and reach out to her. But I didn't want to risk it. I paced on the floor trying to calm my wolf.

There was commotion outside my door. I could sense her outside the door. God help me. The door burst open and in came my angel. Her scent hit me like a bomb. Seth was at the door pulling her out with his hands on hers. I growled in anger for another male touching my mate. He stopped what he was doing and looked at me.

"Ethan she can't..." he stopped on hearing another growl.

"Leave. Now" i told with my alpha voince staring at him. He just bowed his head and left her with me closing the door.

Tessa still had her back to me. She turned to look at me. When her eyes found me standing there like a mess her breath caught in her throat.

"Oh my god Ethan. Are you ok? What the hell is happening?" she asked nearing me.

"Stop. Please don't come near me" I said through my teeth, fighting my urges i turned my back to her.

"What! I was worried sick what happen to you. You won't reply my calls and the guys are trying to keep you away from me. Now you want me to stay away from you? Can somebody explain what the hell is happening?" she shouted.

"I'm sorry I can't tell you right now. You need to leave. Its for your best. Please Tessa" I pleaded her with pain in my voice. I want her in my arms with me and never let go. But she wouldn't understand my situation now. She is making it hard for me.

On seeing my struggle and pain in my voice she stepped near me. "Ethan... I'm not leaving you. I want to make sure you are ok. I want to be with you" she said softly placing her hand on my clenched fist and shoulder.

Her touch was sending jolts of electricity through me. I closed my eyes fighting my wolf i know it was showing in my eyes. Her being near and her scent stronger was impossible for me to control. i turned to face her. I opened my eyes to look into her eyes. She gasped I know my wolf was seen in my eyes. I lost it. I pulled her to me and kissed her. She kissed me back after the shock. I pulled her flush on my body with my hands on her waist.

I asked for her entrance which she granted easily. Our tongues stared dancing on their own. I could feel her body heat on mine. Her hands tangled with my hair. She pulled my hair which was too much to control. She pulled back panting. I trailed my kissed down her jaw line to her collar bone. I kissed hard and sucked at the spot where her neck and shoulder met. I know that's where I want her to have my mark. My canines were extending but she pulled me back for another kiss making it to go back. She moved closed to me. My hands lifted her. Her legs wrapped around my torso. I moved to my bed without breaking the kiss.

I sat down with her straddling me. Both of us were panting. I pulled back enough to attack her neck. I left open mouth kisses making her moan my name.

"You like that?" I asked her for which she just nodded.

I sucked her neck giving a hickey "How about this?" she grunted in response.

I nibbled at her ear and neck making her moan and throw her head back giving a clear view of her neck.

I grunted with her body moving against mine. My wolf took over completely. My canines extended, without another thought I sunk it into her neck. MINE my wolf howled. She cried in pain but I held her in place with my hands around her waist and head. Her sweet blood ran in my mouth causing me to groan and close my eyes. I can feel my scent mixing with hers marking her as mine. She whimpered in my hold.

My wolf was happy making our mate as ours. I felt the bond strengthen between us. I could feel her more clearly and she can feel mine to an extent. I felt more attached to her. She is mine for ever. I can't lose her at any cost. She is more important to me more that myself. I removed my mouth from her neck and opened my eyes to see my mark on her.

I cleaned and closed the wound by licking it. My saliva will heal it. Her body slumped on mine. Being a human must have made her weak. I moved in my bed to lay her down. i don't know how she'll react to me. its better i explain to her without any delay. i lay near her pulling her close and holding my mate. She is mine.
