"Does anyone mind telling me what's this whole thing about?" he asked.

Molly reached him in a jump, I guess she was a bunny in last birth. "Ethan found his mate" she started jumping again. I sat up while my dad came near me and patted my shoulder" Good for you son. So when can I meet her?" he asked smiling. I put my head in my hand and sighed loudly. He sat near me and Molly on the other side.

"What is it Ethan?" my dad asked concerned.

"Well.. she is human and doesn't know about us. She doesn't even like me like that. I need time. I don't want to rush it to be destroyed. I can't losing her"

"Don't worry Ethan, the spirits have paired you both. You are destined to be together. It'll happen for sure. There are lots of human mates in our pack. Once she feels the bond nothing can stop you both getting together. Just give it some time all will turn out well" he told me while squeezing my shoulder for support.

"I'll help you Ethan. I know you can do it. She is your mate, nothing will go wrong" my sister told while taking hold of my hand.

"We got your back dude. You'll win her in no time" my friends told around me.

I felt so happy to have a nice family and friends. "Thanks guys that means a lot" it old them with a smiling face.

My dad left us to go back to my mom and tell this news. We all got back to watching tv.

It was lunch time but Tessa was still asleep in my room, so I took my lunch along with hers to my room. I placed the food on the side table and sat back looking at my sleeping beauty. Few strands of hair were on her face hiding her beauty. I took those strands and tucked back behind her ears' her hair was so soft in between my fingers. She stirred a bit and opened her eyes to look at me.

"Ethan!" she asked sleepily.

"Hey. .. Sleep well?"

"Ya I feel a lot better now. What time is it?"

"It's almost 2pm. I brought you lunch"

"Wow I slept that long" she told while sitting up and rubbing her sleepy eyes. Her hair was messed up, eyes were still sleepy but still she looked like an angle. My angel. We ate our lunch. She got ready to go home. I was disappointed to her leaving so soon, but she will be with me always soon.

We went downstairs to see my mom standing in the kitchen. She turned when she heard us enter. She looked at me with proud eyes. Dad should have told her about my mate. She was about to open her mouth 'mom, she doesn't know" I told through our mind link. She understood it.

"Hey Ethan" she hugged he. I kissed her on her head "hi mom"

"You must be his friend and welcome to our home" she told while hugging Tessa.

" Thanks Mrs.Philips. I'm Tessa"

"Tessa you look beautiful dear and call me Kat"

"Thank you Mrs... Kat. Also thanks for letting me stay here"

"Oh... no need to thank me dear. You are welcomed anytime here. You are family now after all"

"That's so kind of you". My dad entered the kitchen at the same time we seated in the kitchen stool. Guess my mom called him through her link. He was introduced to Tessa. We talked for some time and I told my parents that I'm going to drop Tessa home and took off.

I dropped her home and she invited me inside. On entering the housed she stopped in mid steps and bumped into her. We both looked at the person sitting in her couch.

Muhaaaa... Cliff hanger..
