**2 months later**

Today, I was going to walk to the donut shop, WITHOUT anyone breathing down my neck. I have no idea what the doctor said to my parents, because they haven't let me out of sight. They made sure I had my phone, and my emergency phone, and my tracker. Yes, they went that far. As I walked into the shop, I looked at the board, and decided on the blueberry scone. I also ordered a skinny peppermint mocha with extra whipped cream and chocolate sauce. I paid, and sat down, waiting for them to call "Primrose Everdeen", so I could stand up and say "I volunteer!" really loud. HEHE I love the Hunger Games.

I then saw a guy outside the window. He was in the shadows, looking in. As soon as I saw him, he slipped away, leaving me wondering. "Primrose Everdeen?" I heard over the chatting. But suddenly, I wasn't in the mood to call "I volunteer," so I simply went and got my stuff. I headed out the door, when a hand grabbed me, and put a hand over my mouth. I instantly threw my stuff down and started struggling, reflexes from my past. I also bit the person's hand, causing them to yelp, which was my chance. I yelled "HELP! HELP! KIDNAP! HELP MEEEE! HEEELLLLPPP!!!!" The person, then threw me over his/her shoulder and started carrying me to the parking lot. I was screaming, but no one was helping. I mean come on? A girl being kidnapped? Someone better have called the police.

I was then stuffed in the back of a van, my purse ripped from my grasp, and knocked out. All in a matter of seconds. Wow, new record.

*Ed's POV*

Taylor and I were getting really worried when Jade didn't come home. We tried calling, texting and just plain waiting. She never came home and never answered the calls. We had the news on a the phone next to us, just in case something had happened to her. Then something on the news caught my attention. I turned the television up to hear- "Today there was a report of a kidnapping on the corner of 5th and Stephen, at the Corner Bakery. This video shows a girl dropping her stuff as a man grabbed her. It then shows her screaming 'HELP' and "KIDNAP", and surprisingly no one helped. Someone did call the police, and just as the police arrived in the video, the van turned the corner." We then heard a blood curling scream, then silence, as the video cut off. Taylor and I looked at each other, both knowing that that was Jade. We raced to the car, knowing we had to tell the police what we knew, that way we could get her back ASAP.

"ED! PULL OVER! THE POLICE CAUGHT YOU FOR SPEEDING!" I heard being yelled my way as I raced to the police station. I pulled over, just so I wouldn't get in too much more trouble. The policeman came up to the car, and I rolled down the window. "Excuse me sir, but you were speeding, what is your explanation?" he asked. "You know that girl that was kidnapped today?" I asked. "Yeah, that was tragic. She was yelling and screaming and no one thought to help. I would be speeding to the police station if that was my daug- oh." he said, then realizing what we were speeding for. "Go right ahead. I'll accompany you, so you don't get pulled over again." he said, looking at us sadly. "Thank you!" Taylor said. We then started driving again, speeding just a little, but not as much as before. We got there and instantly rushed in. We said "we are here about the kidnapped girl" in unison, and was then rushed into a room as the questioning began, from both sides.
