*Jade's POV*
I woke up to a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" being yelled at me. I opened my eyes to see mum and dad standing in front of me with pancakes. "Thank ya mum and dad." (AN: I know Jade speaks like she is from Texas. She is, she was taken to England by her parents when she was 6.) They gave me the stack of pancakes and sat on either side of me. They started to sing Happy Birthday to me, (AN: I have no idea if they actually do this in the UK) and I blew out the candles. I then surveyed the pancakes. There were two, both covered in syrup, whipped cream, and strawberries. They looked delicious. I couldn't wait any longer and dug in. It was absolutely delicious. As soon as i finished, Dad told me to get dressed. "What do i wear?" i asked, hoping for a clue on what we are doing. "Something cute, and your converse." he said. "Okie-dokie!" i replied. I heard him chuckle as he left.
I ran to my bathroom, and heated the shower. I then got in, washing my hair and face. I then washed my body and shaved, then rinsing off. I grabbed my fluffy towel and dried off. I blow dried my hair and started to heat my curler. I then went to my closet and got my crop top i made of Taylor and Ed. (before I got adopted) It had mum from the RED shirt I bought. and dad from the + shirt I bought. I had sewed dad onto mum's shirt. and then cropped it. I then had a silver tank top on under, and since it was warm out, I put on my jean short shorts, and some cat socks, then my white converse. I then went back to my bathroom and curled my hair into ringlets, like how mum's used to be. I then grabbed a sparkly headband that had a smiley face on it, my Vera Bradley wristlet, sunglasses, and walked out the room. I had my phone and some money in my wristlet, just in case we went to the mall, or saw a candy shop.
I walked down the stairs to see mum and dad in the kitchen. "Ready hun?" mum asked. "Yup." I said popping the "P". "I CALL DRIVING" I heard mum yell. Before dad could say it, i said "I CALL SHOTGUN!" really loud. Dad began to pout, then he noticed my shirt. "Where did you get that?" amusement clear on his face. "I made it," saying proud and loud, strutting around. "You jelly? I can make you a 'Sweeran' shirt if ya want." I said proudly. "Sure. I'd love one, and i bet your mum would too." he said. "Okay, gimme one million dollars." I said. "Why?" he said clearly confused at my straight face. "I need money to make them." I said with a 'duh' expression. "It doesn't take one million dollars to buy four tshirts, then crop them." he said, confusion lacing his voice. I couldn't take it anymore. I burst out laughing. He looked at me weird. "You *gasp* should've *laugh* seen *laugh* your *gasp* face! *gasp*" He just rolled his eyes, leaving. I followed him, shooting past him to get in the front seat. "I called shotgun." i said obviously. He got in the back, mumbling.
"Where are we going." I said, for the 10th time at that. Hopefully I will get an answer this thime. "That is for us to know, and you to find out." I heard my dad say. I groan, looking out the window. We then pulled up to an arena thing. It said "THE VERY BEST LASER TAG IN THE ENTIRE WORLD" on the front. Wait.... LASER TAG! I LOVE LASER TAG! "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!" I said as soon as we got out of the car. "We rented the whole place for 2 hours." Mum told me. "Only the three of us?" I asked, confused. "And a few others," my dad said. We walked in and I screamed when I saw One Direction, Little Mix, Danielle Bradbery, Demi Lovato, and Ellie Golding, standing in front of me, ready to play laser tag. And I may have started fangirling then and there.
