Never Known Love

Chapter 36

*Jade's POV*

I woke up to What Makes You Beautiful jamming in my room. It took me a minute to realize it was my cell phone. I looked at who it was from and instantly clicked accept. I was smiling like an idiot as I heard Jason's voice come through the phone. "Hey babe," he said, sounding excited. "Hi" I reply, yawning straight after. My eyes widened when I saw it was 5 o'clock in the morning, meaning he got up at 6 to call. Which doesn't make sense, so this better be important. "Aw did I wake you up? I can call back later..." he quickly says, concern laced in his every word. "No, no its fine, what did you want to tell me though?" I asked, reassuring him he was fine.

"Well, this is big, but you know how you will be in London in a week?"

"Yeah...."

"Well I'm going to be there too."

"WHAT?"

"I made it into a school there, I'm moving and I will be able to see you."

"Oh my gosh! This is awesome! I can't wait to see you!" I squeal, which was then followed by another yawn.

"Okay babe, now that you know, go to sleep okay? I have to go set stuff up with my old school. Call you later?"

"Okay, bye babe."

"Bye bye."

I sighed, not believing what I just heard. He was moving, to London, where I lived, and we were going to be able to see each other every day if we wanted to. This was amazing. I was so excited, but now, bed time!

4 hours later

After my much needed sleep, I woke up at 9. I went to the hotel's bathroom and freshened up. I got in a tank top and some white jean shorts. The tank top was a tie dye shirt. It was blue, green, and purple, with a dark purple peace sign on the front. It had sparkles on the peace sign, making it show. I then braided my hair in a loose side braid, with blue feather earrings. I wore some white KEDS, and a brown belt. I put some natural makeup on, then I was all set.

One the way to the interview we had scheduled today, we grabbed some Starbucks, which was greatly needed, considering, I was almost asleep on my feet, regardless of my extra hours asleep. I was never a morning person, even if it was only ten in the morning. I had gotten a caramel mocha, which was absolutely delicious.

I was supposed to watch the interview, not be in it, but at some point the interviewer asked about me. She said, "So your daughter is acting as an opening act for the tour correct?"

Mum answered with, "Yes that is true."

"Is she here today?"

"Yes she is." Dad replied with. Personally I never liked interviews, so I was hoping dad would say not, but that obviously wasn't the case here.

"Will you bring her out?" See there it is, what I didn't want. But I guess I would've gotten interviewed at some point, it just came sooner than later. Soon, a crew person came to get me, thankfully, I wore something presentable, instead of sweats.

As I walked out, people clapped. Truthfully, I wasn't expecting that. I mean, all I did was sing, I wasn't that special.

"So Jade, thanks for coming out." The interviewer said.

"Thanks for having me ma'am." I responded, as politely as possible.

"Now, we are doing the fan questions portion of the interview." She informed us. Questions off of Twitter then popped onto the screen.

@ilovesweeranomg - "What gender is the baby?"

"Well, we are going to keep that a secret for now, y'all can find out when its born." Mum answered the first question.

@jadesheeranfanalltheway - "What was your reaction when you got adopted by Taylor and Ed?"

I was surprised his question was asked to me, but I answered regardless of my shocked expression. "I was surprised. I'm such a huge fan of them both, it was like a dream come true. I had been saving up for one of their concerts, and now I perform at them. Its awesome."

@wishiwasJade - "Is it fun performing at the concerts?"

"Absolutely amazing. The rush you get on stage just can't be described." I answered truthfully.

@cupcakeswift - "Taylor will you ever come to Iceland?"

"Maybe at some point, but not in this tour." Mum said.

@edsheeranisperffff - "Ed, why did y'all adopt Jade?"

"We adopted her because of her amazing personality, but what drew us to her room, was her amazing singing voice." Dad said, with a smile on his face.

Soon after, the interview was over, and it was time for sound check. Again.
