*Jade's POV*

Today was the day of the fourteenth concert. We were in New York, playing in Madison Square Garden. We were playing 3 concerts here, since there were so many people here. People were flying in just for the concert, which makes me excited, but nervous at the same time. The fun thing about New York City though, is that we can go shopping during the day. Trust me, I'm not the kind of girl who shops-til-she-drops, but it is fun, considering the first time I went was a couple months ago.

"You ready?" I heard my mum call from the front of the hotel room. I looked over to Becca who was putting her earrings in. "Just a second!" I called, also adding the last touches to my mascara. I looked at my outfit one more time, before giving it my nod of approval, then looked at Becca. She was looking in the mirror too, and then we decided to go. We hailed a taxi, and started for the Macy's. I looked down at my outfit, evaluating it. I was wearing a long sleeves gold shirt. It had a sparkly front, with the words 'love' written in cursive down the front. I then had some black jegging, with my brown, knee length boots. I then had braided my hair to the side, with some gold dangly earrings. I also had black sunglasses, just in case paparazzi decided to ambush us. I have become more comfortable with the paps, considering at least every other night I sing in front of thousands of people, with cameras and screaming. They aren't as scary any more. I haven't had a panic attack lately either. The only thing that hasn't improved are my nightmares. They are still frequent, every single night. Sometimes about my past, others about what could happen if my parents got to us, some in the future. They all freak me out equally though.

When we arrived at Macy's,  mum told us to grab what we liked, then we would have a fashion show. I grabbed some crop tops, shorts, jeans, t-shirts, tank tops, and shoes. I then created outfits, loving each and every one.

"1, 2, 3, GO!" I heard mum call out. We then all walked out of our dressing rooms, gasping with delight. The theme had been 'dinner with the parents' and I had worn white washed jeans, with a black knit sweater. Under it had a blue tank top, and then I had black TOMS with a black beanie. Mum was wearing a floral dress, with pink, orange, and red in it, then some white high heels. She was a bit more dressed up than me. Becca was then wearing a high skirt, a light green one, and a white blouse. It was button up, with stripes going down it. She then had white flats, looking adorable.

After our little modeling session, we went for mani pedis, our bags in tow. As we were getting our nails done, we chatted, having loads of fun. By the time we were done, we had to go for a snack, then straight to the concert. We grabbed some frozen yogurt, then had the limo pick us up.

As soon as we got to the concert, we were wicked away into hair and makeup. Jenny curled my hair, and gave me a dress. She then put me in flats, so I wouldn't trip, and added neutral makeup. Tonight, mum, dad, and I were singing Dance Hall by Danielle Bradbery, and Everything Has Changed for old times sake.

"30 seconds,"  I heard. I went with mum and dad to the entrance of the stage. "Rock 'em girl!" Becca said hugging me. "Thanks!" I said.

Right before we went on stage though, I checked my phone, and it read "Wait for the boom." Leaving me wondering, that is until we went on stage and heard a gun being fired.

AN: Sorry I can't update as much as I want, I have been really busy with school, sports, and etc. I'm trying to post every other day, so don't worry! They are coming!
