AN: This chapter is dedicated to sayrafl0res for suggesting this idea as an epilogue for I Need You So Much. Because some people wanted an epilogue and others didn't and I really liked her idea for the story, I decided to make it into a short sequel. I hope you guys like it! Also, the external link is what I imagine Tyler to look like.

“Mel, make sure you look after Harmony and Linkin today,” my mum commanded. Today was the first day of eighth grade and my brother and sister’s first day of six grade. Mum and dad had made me go show them around over the summer so they would know where they were going on the first day of middle school. I honestly wasn’t looking forward to having them go to the same school as me, but I couldn’t do anything about it.
“Yeah, mum,” I responded in a huff as I grabbed my backpack from the floor. I waited impatiently for Harmony and Linkin to be ready to go at the front door. When they finally had all their stuff together, Mum gave us each two kisses: one for her and one for dad. Dad was touring with his band, Bring Me The Horizon, and was suppose to be back tonight. When we were little, Mum started giving us an extra kiss for Dad and it never stopped. I really didn’t mind too much, though.
The short walk to school seemed longer than usual, which was probably because Harmony was complaining about how ‘far it was’ even though it was only about a fifteen minute walk. Thankfully, Linkin yelled at her to shut up after a few minutes.
“Do you guys know where you’re going?” I asked as we reached the school. I opened the door and walked into the familiar prison I called my school. I hated it here. It’s not that I didn’t have friends or that I was bullied, because I had a few good friends and I really wasn’t bullied too much. I just hated having to come here everyday. It was like torture if you asked me.
“I think so. B-12 is that way, right?” Linkin said, pointing towards B-wing. I was so glad I wasn’t going to have to show him where his classes were again.
“Yep. How about you, Harmony?” I questioned, hoping she would know where to go. While I loved my little sister, she could be a bit needy sometimes. I always got along with Linkin better than Harmony.
“I’m going to… D-1, which is that way,” she replied, glancing at her schedule and then gesturing to D-wing. I gave her a nod and my twin siblings were on their way to their first day of middle school.
As soon as they had disappeared in the sea of middle schoolers, I pulled out my own schedule and started to walk towards A-wing for my first class, which was English. English was definitely my favorite class. My mum was an author and Dad was always so good at writing songs, so I guess it was in my DNA to love writing.
As entered the classroom, the teacher, who my schedule told me was Mrs. Sanchez, sent me a friendly smile and I took a seat in the front row. I was one of those kids who liked to be close to the board. Call me a teacher’s pet, but those kids in the back talked too much for me. As I glanced at the clock, I realized I had fifteen minutes before the bell rang and I pulled out the book I was currently reading. It was the first book my mum had published and I was finally reading it. When it first came out, I was too young to understand it and had no interest in it, but now I loved it.
A moment later, a figure sat down next to me. I didn’t think much of it until the person tapped on my shoulder. I looked up from my book a bit angrily. “Uh, you dropped this,” the boy told me, holding out my bookmark, which was an old concert ticket to one of Bring Me The Horizon’s shows that I had kept. I had never seen this guy before so I figured he must be new. As the boy’s eyes locked on mine, I realized how beautiful his eyes were. They were the perfect shade of brown and they instantly made me forget my anger.
