[ PAST : 3rd PERSON POV ];

"ChimChim !"Jin chimed as he ran to the sandbox , joining the other one. Jimin smiled and hugged his friend ," Yer momma is here too ?" Jimin asked. Jin nodded and pointed to the two women that was chatting happily on the bench.

Jin and Jimin were the best of friends , they hit off immediately when they first saw eachother at the hospital and sticked together since then. Maybe it's because their mothers were friends since middle school , maybe it's just fate , really. Now at the age of six , they planned on being with eachother for as long as possible , even if it means going to the same middle school , high school and college , just like their mothers.

"Jinnie , what should we build today ?" Jimin asked , patting the sand. Jin puckered his lips and tapped his head , what should they build ? Was he willing to get down and dirty today ?

"Mm .. how about we don't get dirty today ?" Jin suggested , pulling Jimin up and patting the sand off of him. Jimin nodded and looked around , trying to come up with things that they could do.

"Ooh ! What if I go to your house for a sleepover ? We don't have school for now , my mom said !" Jin said , their hands intertwined with eachother. Jimin smiled , showing his pearly whites and nodded. Both of them ran to their mothers , hand-in-hand , wanting to share their plan.

"Momma , momma ! Can Jin sleep over our house tonight ?" Jimin asked , his eyes sparkling. "Mom , can I ? I promise I'll be good ! Pleaaaaaaaaaase ?" Jin begged , both of them looked at each other and nodded , flashing their puppy eyes in unison.

"Well , well , what do we have here ?" Jimin's mother said , giving a small poke to their tiny noses. Both of them giggled and scrunched their noses. "Of course you can , Jin , but you have to be really good , okay ?"

Jin nodded as hard as he can , making himself dizzy and almost falling back but Jimin only held him tighter , pulling him so he wouldn't fall on his butt.

"Shall we get going now then , so you can arrive at Jimin's house before sunset ?" Jin's mother asked , getting up along with her friend. "Okay !" Both of them replied simultaneously.

Jimin and Jin were neighbours , they literally live next to each other , of course , divided by a fence but they had reading nooks so the distance between their windows was really close , maybe about 5 feet apart ?

While walking to their house ,they always pass by a convenience store. Jimin usually picks the ice cream but this time , he saw something interesting , it was a ring like those in the movies except the diamond was huge and it came in all sorts of colors. Meanwhile , Jin and his mother was on the other side of the convenience store , at the freezer area to pick out an ice cream.

Jimin saw a pink ring pop and he knew that it was Jin's favourite color , he HAD to get it. He grabbed his mom and tugged on her shirt , signaling her to get down to his height. She smiled and crouched down , looking at him ,"what is it Jiminnie ?"
