"This is unacceptable!" Adrian's father, Andros, the leader of the council exclaimed.

"But father-"

"No! You have no right to even justify for yourself." Adrian put his head down, he knew how disappointed his father would get if he didn't bring Scarlett.

"Do you realize that if she tells the humans about our conflicts and our arguments they will try to help us? The humans think that they can fix anything but they are wrong! This is our fight and if they get involved, they will hurt themselves!" Andros was getting worried with every passing minute about their cold war between themselves involving the humans.

"Andros, don't be so harsh on your son." Adrian's mother, Aurora, spoke gently trying to calm him down.

"Aurora dear, please don't take his side. He needs to understand that we need to keep those humans away from our problems. They will try to help us just to keep themselves safe or they will run around with horror spread all over their faces." He tried to make his wife understand.

"Sir? I would like to point out that my family and friends can take care of they east side of the town." The warlock, Cornelius spoke. Andros rubbed his temple.

"Alright, then the spirits can take the west side." As soon as he spoke the spirits themselves flew through the doors and landed on their transparent feet. They were cloud-like creatures but grey in colour. Their faces had sorrow spread throughout, they were gentle, not like the ones in horror movies. How stereo typical.

The male stepped forward and spoke, "Andros, they're coming." He rose from his seat, Aurora held his arm.

"Where did they come from, which section?" Andros asked, his voice sounding dominating.

"The werewolves attacked some of the witches and warlocks, they came in from their side of town." The spirit explained, "Sir, there is not much time. We need to move as fast as we can, they will threaten the humans." Even the spirit, Keith, was a little worried.

"Father, I think we will have to ask the Angels for help." Adrian told his father.

"But they will never help us, they will think that we have committed some sort of crime." The Vice Chairmen of the council, William, spoke.

"You are right." Andros walked over to his Vice Chairmen. "But they could help us if we told them our part of the situation, they can look to their oracle." As soon as Andros finished his sentence a pack of werewolves crashed through the tall wooden doors. The council members were alarmed then full of rage.

"Get them." That was the last phrase that was said before they all clashed with each other. Keith left to get his family and Cornelius also left to get the rest of the warlocks. In the mean time blood was being sucked and necks were being cracked, this monster mayhem didn't seem to have an end.

"Why did you come here?" Andros asked demanding from the leader of the pack Paul, even though he was inn his wolf form he could recognize him.

"We all know why we are here." He returned to his human form. "I just want what is rightfully mine."

Andros grabbed him and threw him to the floor. "Nightshade is rightfully is ours, now all we want is peace!"

"You think that we will go away without having a fight? How sweet!" Paul said.

"Leah! No!" Andros and Paul looked at what happened and it was a member of Paul pack. Leah was Paul's daughter, but Amanda, Andros' niece just killed her. Paul started growling then one by one all the other wolves started growling and the vampires were a little intimidated by them. In the end the all started howling, it sounded as if they were mourning. Paul's son, Gray, transformed into his human form and picked up Leah who had also naturally transformed into her human form. He carried her in her arms and weeped.
