I had to admit, this school really cared about their sports. Why? Well, since next week was the sport carnival, half of the classes were cancelled and most people went out to train for the big event.

So far, I was confident we would do well next week. As surprising as it was, all the girls were actually quite good at some of the events that were going on during the carnival. Even with Emily down, I was confident we would at least get second place.

But I wasn't only practicing for the Sports Carnival this week. In fact, most of my training was done for the running club considering we had a very important all school Conpetition coming up tomorrow.

I wasn't surprised that Patrick and I were the last ones left on the running track that afternoon. Steven had left about an hour ago now, and Patrick and I had just worked through an 800m run and were now stretching to cool down.

"How do you think we will go tomorrow?" I asked him as I sat on the grass and stretched my legs.

"I'm not sure to be honest," he murmured. "I've tried researching the other schools, but they seem to have kept this information strictly secret,"

"I wonder if our school has done that," I said, figuring we possibly did.

"Even though we tried," Patrick sighed, "The hype over your brother and yourself has gotten out, and now quite a few people know you attend this school. Wether they know of your sporting capabilities, I cannot say,"

"So we're on the bad end of this aren't we?" I sighed heavily.

"In that case," he smiled, standing up and holding out his hand to me. "We will just have to give them a show,"

"Sounds fun," I grinned back, taking his hand as he helped me up. "Let's go for gold then!"

"Yes, let's," he nodded, laughing a bit as we headed back to our dorms. "Also, once we come back Sunday afternoon, there will be a meeting with the Principal about what is happening during the Sports Carnival,"

"Oh great," I muttered flatly. "Just what I needed,"

"You have another two and a half years of these things, Jesse," Patrick replied. "You better get used to it,"

"It'll be different next year though," I pouted. "Everyone will have new Dorm Leaders and I'll be the only one still there,"

"Which is why you need to learn how to do everything," he nodded. "Because while we are currently training them ourselves, they will need someone's guidance if they want to succeed,"

"I'm not good at Guidance stuff," I shrugged.

"You actually are," he said, raising an eyebrow at me. "Especially when you have been training everyone by yourself this past week. They all respect your athletic skills and listen to you as you help them get better. That is what guidance is, and you will be perfectly fine next year by yourself,"

"I hope so," I smiled gently.

We talked idly until we reached my dorm where Patrick saw me off. After waving goodbye, I headed inside and went to my room so I could have a shower and relax a little. Walking in though, the first thing I did was trip and fall face first onto the floor.

"Emily," I growled, slowly sitting up and rubbing my nose. "How many times have I told you to put your crutches at the end of your bed and not near the door?!"

"Sorry, it's just the easiest place to put them," she replied with a shrug, reaching off her bed and sliding her fallen crutches under it.

"How are you feeling anyway?" I asked, standing up and heading to the wardrobe to grab some clothes.
