"Ouch!" I winced as I fell of a bed with a loud thump bumping my head onto a shelf.

"Shit." I swore under my breath as I looked around to adjust my eyesight with the dim room. After my vision was clear, I scanned the room to find myself sitting in Lucas' room.

"How the hell did I get here?" I murmured rubbing my eyes as I tried to remember what had happened last time.

As I sat there thinking, I heard loud footsteps coming up the stairs outside. The door opened swiftly and came in Lucas. He spotted me sitting on the floor and immediately ran over. He crouched beside me, carried me on his strong arms and placed me on his bed.

"You okay?" He asked sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Yeah yeah I'm fine. Lucas what happened? Why are we back here, what happened in Ephiezora?"

"You suffered a concussion from the. . .blast. And I've got you home, everything's fine now." He explained.

Oh crap. "Does that mean--"

**flashback**

The four lights transformed into four old looking men in funny uniforms. All had the same exact grey beard, shiny bald heads and completely white eyes.

"Ruby Millers. . .that your name?" One of them spoke in a really cracky voice.

I nodded and he continued.

"Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York of Earth." Another spoke before looking at me waiting for an answer. I nodded again.

"Falls in love with the prince of Trixwerys?" Another asked. I looked over at Lucas before nodding again. "You do know what all this would mean, right child?"

I stared at the man who looked like he would be dead in any moment but still living as well as ever and pouted.

"Yes, I do."

All the eerie looking men nodded simultaneously before closing their souless eyes.

All four just stood there frozen, no utter movement made. I was just standing there confused, not knowing what to do until I felt the whole room grow cold from the hard and large breeze filling up the room.

The men held hands, walking around circling me. I noticed their mouths speaking an odd ancient language that I did not understand. Their voices rose louder and louder as the breeze turned into a small hurricane in the room.

After a while of that scene, everything just froze. The hurricane disappeared as well as the four men had stopped speaking. Something had caught my eye above me. I looked up to see it when a huge flash just struck me and my conciousness away. And then everything I felt just faded. . .

**back to present day**

"Oh my God." I shouted in shock. "Oh my God." I said again this time pulling my hands to cover my mouth. "Oh my-"

"Yes you're a sorceress, Ruby." Lucas cut off with a cheeky grin across his face.

"I--I'm... I'm a sorceress, I'm a wizard..." I mumble in a confused slash amazed tone.

"Yeah." He simply replies still grinning.

"God! I wanna see my magic tricks!" I started flapping my hands around hoping something magical and extraordinary would happen but none did. "Nothing's happening..." I pouted glancing over at him.

"Your spells won't just appear that easily. You got to learn how to work them out." He explained getting up from his bed where he was sitting on and standing behind me. He started to dig his head onto my neck leaving gentle kisses before pulling away and sighing.
