preference: A family member disapprove your relationship at first

Riker:

Riker was older than you by a couple of years and that worried your parents weren't really okay with that. They thought he was like one of those boys who mess around with your feelings and just use the girl. They were completely wrong. you and Riker was on the coach with him playing with your hair while you were studying and all of a sudden your parents start shouting at you.

" Y/N how many times have I told you... your not allowed to be with him!" your mum starts shouting at you causing you to roll your eyes. you heard her say that over 100 times.

" you don't understand me at all! if i like someone im going to like them no matter what they say!" you shout back at her making her slightly more angry

" i've hand enough of you and your attitude... say goodbye to Riker your not allowed to see him or even contact him at all!" she puts her foot down and caused you to start crying

" why don't you see that im happy with him? he's here for me unlike anyone else!" you say

" there's gonna be more people Y/N!" she fights back

" i don't get you why don't you like him!?" you questioned her

" because he can be those type of boys who can mess around with feelings!" she says hurting you

" M/Y/L/N i know that they are those boys like that but i promise you i won't ever mess around with feelings especially Y/N's!" Riker said out of no where making your mum silent.

" are you sure you're gonna keep this promise Riker?" she ask him calmly

" im truly sure that i will... I love your daughter soo much!" he says making your heart melt

" okay then... Y/N... you and Riker can be together... just promise me you'll be happy!" your mum says while giving her blessing to your relationship.

Rocky:

You and your dad were always close ever since you were born. He understood you all the time and even let you get away with most things. The one thing he didn't agree on was your relationship with Rocky. You never really got why though. You were on the video call to your boyfriend when your dad comes in and starts to act differently. Rocky ask you if he had to end call and you said no. You turn towords your dad and ask him

" did you want something dad?"

" yeah... can you not go out with him?" he asked you making you shocked

" why?" you ask him slightly worried

" cause i don't want any daughter of mine to go out with a guy like him!" he states

" what do you mean? is it just because he's got a tattoo and he's in a band!" you questioned him

" yes Y/N that's it it he can cause you to be in danger!!" he raises his voice

" he won't he's not like that!" you tell your dad

" how can you be so sure!" he fights back getting angrier

" because he promised me!!" you tell him

" people lie Y/N!" he tells you coldly

you stand there getting ready for the tears to run down your face. you look at the screen and see Rocky writing words on a piece of paper and showing them to you. They said words like promise and forever. It made you slightly better but felt guilty because he heard everything that your dad said.

" im sorry Rocky you had to hear that... do you want to call me later?" you ask him

" can i talk to your dad baby?" he ask
