Chapter 2: Randi's fury

As the battle started Jax let all of his pokemon and chose to use Blake to battle the trainer's pokemon and let Asura and Kurama watch the battle. As Blake steps up the trainer introduces herself as Randi And she sends out her fire type to everyone's surprise it is the tepig from the lab. Tepig looked at Blake with anger in its eyes for it being chosen by Jax back at the lab as the battle starts Blake uses scratch tepig dodges and uses tackle hitting Blake dead on. Blake is pushed back a bit but stands up with no scratches on his body. Blake grows angry and unleashes a powerful flamethrower making tepig faint instantly. Jax tries to calm down Blake but it is in a rage so to calm it down Asura uses force palm to make Blake faint. Jax puts Blake in his PokeBall as Randi says something cryptic as she runs off to Pallet Town. Asura jumps on Jax's shoulder while Kurama goes into it's PokeBall. As they walk Asura snuggles Jax's arm as she walks beside him. Jax stops to rest after a while and let's Blake out so he can use a revive on him. Blake wakes up and starts to apologize for running wild earlier. Jax late his head and says that it's ok it could have happened to any of them. Jax then asks Asura to scan the area to see if anyone is around. Asura does a quick but thorough scan of the area and say that there is a girl about 5 minutes away from them headed in their direction. Jax transforms into a Moltres and tells them to get on his back. Asura jumps on but Blake hesitates before jumping on as they fly towards viridian city. They land about a mile from the city as Jax turns back. As they walk into town they see officer Jenny talking to a young boy holding a Pikachu as Jax and Asura walk up he shows ID and grabs the boy as they keep walking. As they reach the Pokemon center the boy runs up to the counter and nurse Joy hands the Pikachu to Chansey as she asks if Jax wants his pokemon treated too he says only his Charmander as they both walk over to the video phones Jax sits a few seats down from the boy makes the call to Tammy. Tammy asks where he is as he says viridian city. She then asks if his powers are under control. He looks around as the nurse hands him his PokeBall. He says yes he has used them once today which then worries Tammy as she starts yelling that he shouldn't be using them unless absolutely necessary. Jax then says that he was being followed and needed a way to escape. Tammy says that she is coming to get him and bring him back to Pallet Town. Jax argues that if she does she may risk them both being captured. Seeing his point she says for him to be careful. Jax agrees as he hangs up the phone and let's Blake out to stretch. Blake walks over to Asura hugging her and crying. Asura gets an aura sphere ready but Jax stops her and nods because he knows why he is crying. Asura simply pats his head as he continues crying. As Blake stops crying Jax goes to ask nurse Joy for a room for the night when they start to walk to the room they see the boy who introduced himself as Ash Ketchum from pallet Town. Jax shakes his hand and sees none other then Randi walk into the pokemon center. Jax quickly walks into his room and shuts the door. Jax puts Blake into his PokeBall for the night but Asura doesn't want to go into her ball as she says that she won't leave him defenseless at night. Jax lets her stay out of her ball on one condition and that is that Kurama must watch her back. Asura reluctantly agreed with a bit of anger in her voice. Kurama comes out of her ball yawning. Jax tells Kurama to keep an eye on Asura just Incase she tries something rash. Kurama sleepily agrees as he lays down on the second bed in the room. Asura angrily sits in the chair in-between the 2 beds facing the door. Soon they all hear a knock on the door as Jax opens it he sees Randi and quickly shuts the door. It's Randi he tells the 2 pokemon in the room. Asura gets ready to attack but is stopped by Kurama saying that Jax needs to handle this alone. Jax opens the door and closes it to talk to Randi. After about 5 minutes Jax walks back in saying it is time to train. Asura jumps up and rushes to Jax eager to train but Kurama is confused as to why train so late at night. As they all walk to the battlefield the lights go out and they rush to the lobby to see ash and Pikachu electrocuting 2 people and 3 pokemon. As they fly out of the building Jax and Asura walk away towards the battlefield. Jax sends Blake and Kurama out and transforming into a riolu saying that it will be a 2 on 2 battle. Asura seeing that Jax is her partner she starts flirting with him even more than before. As the battle starts Blake uses scratch on Asura only to have Jax use protect to block it. Kurama uses flamethrower to try and attack once the protect disappears but is stopped by a force palm in an instant by Asura paralyzing Kurama giving Jax enough time to use the same attack on Blake causing him to evolve surprising everyone. As Blake uses scratch it turns into a metal claw. Jax uses metal claw as well to block it while Asura uses another force palm to finish off Kurama. Jax turns back into his human form and says that it will now be a 1 on 1 battle. Asura gets ready to fire an aura sphere at Blake shoots it at the doorway instead revealing Randi who saw everything. She agreed to keep his little secret if he beat her in a battle the next morning. Jax stops the battle to heal them up with items he got from Tammy. Asura asked when they got to viridian Forest if he could turn into a riolu. Jax says yes but only for a short time. The next morning both Jax and Randi agree to a 1 on 1 battle with her using tepig again and Jax using Kurama. The battle quickly starts tepig using flamethrower same as Kurama. They cancel each other out. Then Kurama uses extrasensory to block the rest of its attacks while using tackle to deal damage eventually making tepig faint. Randi grows angry because she thinks that Jax was using his powers to manipulate the battle. Jax argues that he would need to be in pokemon form to use any other powers. Randi storms off in anger as Jax congratulates Kurama on her victory. As they leave the pokemon center they see ash arguing with some girl. Jax ignores it and heads towards viridian Forest. Jax makes it halfway through the forest before night falls and sets up camp and letting Asura out of her ball and transforms into a riolu so he doesn't break his promise to Asura. Asura snuggles Jax a little while they sit near a fire he made. As he turns back into a human he sets up his sleeping bag and Asura jumps in before he can grab her PokeBall. He shrugs it off and lays down in his sleeping bag with her as they fall asleep. The next day the reach the exit of viridian Forest to see a battle going on between ash and Randi with it ending in a tie. As they shake hands Randi sees Jax and Asura and yet again she storms off towards pewter city not saying anything
