My Adventure Is A Boy Named Kota.

Chapter 17 - Letterman Jackets and Tomato Ketchup.

After Raven dropped me off last night, I walked up to my room to find Kota sitting at his desk doing schoolwork waiting for my arrival home. We sat up talking about my date and everything that happened, emitting the part about the dodgy walking steroids.

Kota seemed genuinely interested in my date and laughed as I went into detail about my pizza. I am Finn Elliott after all.

Right now I'm sitting at the kitchen bench with Lauren waiting for Kota to drive me to school. I guess this might become a bit of a permanent thing. Today I went for a simple blink-182 tee and my ripped jeans along with my converse. I also put my hair into a high ponytail keeping it off my face.

Hottest Guy Alive: You coming or what Greenie.

I really need to change that. "Later Lauren. Have fun at school" I yell as I walk out the front door to which she responds with a loud 'Bite me'. Oh that sisterly love.

The drive to school was just as fun as every other ride on Kota's bike. Fortunately people have been gawking a lot less when I hang out with Kota, I guess they have kind of become used to the idea of us as friends. It helps that Kota still flirts with Nicole and every other girl in the world so that no one assumes anything else is happening between us.

We walk together to my locker to find Willow and Ben there as per usual. But thats not what causes me to pause and Kota to tense up. It's the brown head of hair laughing with them wearing a letterman Jacket and leaning against my locker. Walking closer to them I see that its actually Raven, laughing at something Willow just said.

"Finn, Hey!" Says Ben looking over Ravens shoulder causing Raven to turn around look at me.

"Oh Hey Finn." Raven says smiling at me and greeting me in a warm hug to the side, he then turns to Kota who is staring at Ravens hand on my waist. "Hi Kota." He says looking up at him. Raven was only slightly shorter than Kota, whose shoulders were more broad and intimidating.

"What are you doing here?" Kota asks rudely getting straight to the point. Oh no, Kota doesn't look happy at all. He's in one of his damn moods again.

"I was just going to walk Finn to her first class and thought I would say hey to Willow and Ben." Raven responds smiling down at me, with his arm still around me. I kind of like it, though we are getting a few stares from passing classmates.

"Oh thats funny. But sorry I usually take Finn to class." Kota says squaring Raven up. What? He never takes me to class. Ever.

"Well If you usually take her then I'm sure you wont mind me walking her just this once. Besides we have the same class together." Responds Raven without hesitation. Causing Kota to glare at him. "Ready to go Finn?" Raven asks turning to me just as the bell rings.

It's weird, I think Raven is the one guy at school who isn't scared or intimidated by Kota. He doesn't seem worried by his presence. It reminds me of those guys from last night, Raven wasn't intimidated by them whatsoever and I don't know how that makes me feel.

"Umm yeah lets go." I say giving him a slight smile and opening my locker to grab my books. Closing my locker I see that Kota is nowhere to be seen and Ben and Willow are too busy in a hushed argument to notice.

Together we walk to our class, getting looks from passing students. Darn not this again.

The stares continue throughout class, especially since Raven sits next to me and smiles at me every time our eyes meet.

Not going to lie, minus the stares I actually am enjoying my time with him. He's funny and smart and he's not rude, or egotistical or infuriating or A MAN SLUT. I think as Kota walks in to class with Nicole under his arm. Yuck.
