Richard Sr. is a man on a mission. He knows that Richard and Maine belongs to each other. He knows that his son's feelings towards Maine is the same one he feels towards his wife. And so, it's now time to bring home his son.

Richard Sr. dialed his son's number. After about five rings, Richard picked up.

"Hello. Son?"

"Hi Dad." Richard greeted.

"Richard, I want you back here tomorrow."

"Why? Is there any problem?" Richard asked with a tinge of panic on his voice.

"No, no. Everything's fine here. There's nothing to worry about." Richard Sr. assured his son.

"I don't understand. If there's no problem, then why do you want us to go back immediately?"

"I wanted to talk to you." Richard Sr.'s only response.

"But why? Can't that wait at least a couple of days?"

"Just come back home tomorrow."

"But Dad..."

"No buts, Richard. You'll know soon enough. Just come back tomorrow. End of discussion." Richard Sr. said with finality.

Richard let out a huge sigh, and just said. "Okay Dad. We will be there by lunch tomorrow."

"Good. Now, you go and rest so that you'll have the strength to drive tomorrow."

"Yes, Dad. I'll see you tomorrow." Richard just said.

"Bye son. I'll see you tomorrow." and with that he put down the phone.

Well, everything is now set. Tomorrow will be exciting. Richard Sr. said to himself. I can't wait for lunch tomorrow. And with that thought, he went out of his study room and headed to their bedroom to retire for the night.

The following day, Richard woke up early and started packing their things. He woke up Sebastian gently.

"Sebastian, baby. Wake up now."

Sebastian stirred on his bed, and then he yawn and then after rubbing his eyes, gently turn to this father and greeted him, "Good Morning Daddy."

"Good Morning Baby. Wake up now. Time to get up." Richard said cheerfully.

"Okay Dad. Are we going to the carnival?" Sebastian asked excitedly.

"Nope. We need to go back now." Richard said.

"Where? Home?" Sebastian asked puzzled.

"Yes. Your grandpa called last night and ask that we go home now."

"But why? I thought we will go to the carnival?"

"Because they miss you kiddo. They're not use to not seeing you there." Richard said while shaking Sebastian's hair.

"Oh, okay. But Dad..."

"Yes, son?"

"Can we visit Mommy Maine? I miss her already." Sebastian asked with puppy dog eyes.

Richard doesn't know what to answer. He doesn't want to decline his son's request but at the same time he doesn't know if it's still appropriate for them to see Maine. The least he wanted is to impose himself nor his son to Maine. Especially now that Maine is with someone else. But he also doesn't want to hurt his son's feelings.

When Richard didn't answer immediately, Sebastian repeated his question. "Dad, can we go to Mommy Maine. I want to see her."

"Uhhhmmm, Sebastian, I'm not sure if we can go and see her."
