Capture Of The Elusive Killers, End Of The Hunt

A.N: This takes place during the fair scene, but the reader keeps Lucy from going crazy. I got the idea from another cross over I saw way before I started writing. So if you want to find it just google it, it is unfinished, abandoned, and only has three parts so I don't recommend looking for it.

"Remember Rodriguez, your job is to find the killer that is responsible for the murders all over the town." The young boy listened as his orders came from his earpiece. "Yes Chief Makube, and kill them" A dry chuckle came from the device "In the name of God we slaughter the unrighteous." Finishing the sentence the boy ended with "And unholy, for no one else will. Amen"

You and Kaede sat on the stairs, you trying to comfort her as she sobbed quietly. "I thought he loved me. Why would he lie to me like that?!" She wailed. Sighing you said nothing, knowing you would only make it worse. You looked back at the young Kouta and the girl he was with, the cousin he had told Kaede was a boy. Scooting closer you wrapped an arm around your friend, trying your best to comfort her.

Meanwhile on the outskirts of town a vampire was sprinting away from the red cloaked man chasing him, no hurry in his footsteps as the prey ran from him.

"Kaede?" You asked as you walked along a cemetery, trying to break her from her depression. Holding her hand you finally got a reaction, her bloodshot eyes looking at your hands. "Yeah (F/N)?" You were about to speak when you were interrupted.

The vampire spun, grabbing hold of the children as he went, using them to shield himself from the monster chasing him. He began to laugh "You wouldn't dare shoot some innocent kids just to kill me would you?!" He cackled, only to feel his head fall from his body, Kaede having sliced it with her invisible vectors.

Alucard watched as the body dropped, releasing the two of them from its grasp. He had been able to see what occured, his ancient and demonic eyes able to see beyond the limits of any humans. "Impressive, you must be the two I was looking for." He looked down at the young children as they stood, both noting the large pistol in his right hand. "What do you want?" You asked, wondering why he suddenly stepped back. Only to get your answer as Kaede followed "You can't live. You saw what happened." Unable to stop her you watched as she followed, no doubt planning to kill him.
