It was dark and Jae went back to the dorm from a boring lonely dance practice while counting hours till Taeyong's plane will land.

His phone rang and he hoped it's Taeyong calling to tell him he's back and and he was ready to leave for the apartment.

But it was Doyoung and Jae picked up.

"Hey Jae, you need to come," Doyoung was whispering and Jae groaned.

Doyoung whispering only meant more trouble.

"Whefe?" he asked.

"Go to building C, there's a fire staircase on the back. Walk up to the roof," whispered Doyooung.

"What, it's illegal," said Jae raising his voice.

"Oh, it's for a good reason, so move up here right now," Doyoung ended the call.

Jae groaned. The last thing he wanted to do was to walk up some fire staircase to a building rooftop for whatever reason it was, he hed a plan to fall asleep very quickly because then the night would be ove very soon and he would be on his way to see Taeyong.

But he turned and changed direction walking towards building C. He needed to search a little and use the torch in his phone to find a rusty staircase that led up from a dark corner behind some bushes. Jae hoped he will get back in one peace when he jumped up to get the first step. He needed to lift himself up and stretch to get his legs on the metal ladder.

The way up was tiring and long and he needed to cover his hands with his sleeve to not to cut them on the rusty metal but finally he reached the roof and climbed on it catching his breath.

It was cold here, a wind came from the city and Jae saw the line of skyscrapers of the downtown, he shivered. Taeyong's flat was there, and tomorrow the owner of the apartment will be here too.

"Jae, shh, Jae here," he heard quiet voices and turned around.

He saw two figures dressed in black lying flat on their bellies on the rooftop and glancing over the ege.

"What afe you doing?" he asked coming closer and recognizing the second person was Ten.

"Don't, you'll give out our position," Doyoung grabbed his shirt and pulled him down so forceful that Jae nearly fell onto the roof.

He laid down on hie belly and glanced at them.

Doyoung was holding a professional camera with a long zoom and he was deep in the viewfinder.

"What is it?" asked Jae again and Ten giggled.

"Look," Doyoung gave the camera to Jae and he glanced through the viewfinder.

He saw the night sky and trees and the line of the next building he needed to move the camera a lot to get the thing Doyoung and Ten were watching. A window on the last floor was lit up bright and Jae recognized the room he had been to, the old piano, the note sheets. Kun was leaned over his computer and he was playing chords on the keyboard from time to time.

"Yofe watching Kun?" asked Jae in disbelief.

"The only way to catch him at something bad is to use his methods," explained Doyoung taking the camera from him. "We're spying on him for two days now," he added.

"He's petty boring," said Ten.

"But why?" asked Jae.

"Oh it's so obvious," groaned Doyoung. "He got pictures of Taeil and Lauren, we want to get his juicy photos to threaten him with it so he will leave Taeil," said Doyoung.

"But so far no luck, I hardly believe he's up to anything more than reading books," said Ten yawning.

"Oh have you heard about his past, he will show his true face soon," said Doyoung and Jae shook his head. "Oh he has probably seen you," Doyoung hit Jae's arm.

"Me?" Jae giggled.

"He's closing the curtains, see," Doyoung gave the camera to Jae and he saw how Kun looked towards the roof meaningfully before he pulled all the curtains shut.

"Yes, that will be it for tonight, due to your brilliant appearance we need to find a new watch spot for the next nights," Doyoung was upset when they moved up.

"You asked me to come," Jae smiled.

"Come, not walk in in your white pants like a flag with the sign 'Hello Kun we're here'," groaned Doyoung.

He was complaining the whole way back.

The morning light was falling through the golden glass door and Jae was walking up and down the hall. The older security at the front desk was shaking his hed and smiled to himself. He knew exactly why Jae was here and who he was waiting for. Jae had his best coat on, his hair done, a new cologne spilled over him but he was so nervous he guessed right now he was smelling like nothing else but sweat. Each five minutes he checked the fan sites and his heart jumped when he saw first photos from the airport posted by the fans. So he had landed. He was right her, in the same city again and Jae felt sweat drops rolling down his spine. He began to walk quicker and he shivered.

How long will it take for Taeyong to get through the traffic, an hour, less.

"Jaehyun just sit and relax," said the security but Jae jumped on the leather couch in the hall and moved up after a second like if the couch has just bitten his butt.

The huge golden clock above the elevators seemed to make fun of him the hands moved so slowly he could jump up and help them.

Time was crawling and Jae felt he's going insane when her heard some noise at the door.
