When Jaehyun starts to live the adult life he discoverers that Taeyong's mistakes are breaking his heart and trust. Despite all the hardships he must learn to fight for himself and his dreams or else he will lose his boyfriend and his music career.
...
But Jae's conscience was put to bigger tries soom when he was reading over his notes next to the same table on the lawn later in the afternoon and saw Lauren, who waved and came to join him.
Jae's face became purple and he swallowed, but Lauren was a loyal friend and if Taeyong would have done a think like this... what Jae couldn't even think of, she would tell him.
"Hi Jae how are you? We didn't have time to speak all summer," she smiled bright throwing her waist long dark hair behind her.
She was a petite girl Jae, could describe her as tiny, but he heard she was a outstanding ballerina, although he has never seen her dancing.
"Oh..." Jae began to sweat. "Sommef was nice," he muttered avoiding her eyes.
"I love the song you did with the handsome one, Taeil," she blushed a little and Jae swallowed.
Last year Lauen and Taeil had a few really misshapen meetings including one that caused her to yell at Jae and run out of his house in tears, but since she found out that Taeil became Minju's boyfriend she acted strange around him.
"Oh 'Little love affaif'," whispered Jae. "Yes it was summef hit," he added.
"You're a little pale, is everything alright. Are you tired? Jae he will come back in four weeks," she put her little hand over his and he boiled over.
"Yuta kissed Sicheng," he said loud raising his voice and Lauren's palm moved from him.
She glanced at him as if she had not understand a thing even if this sentence had absolutely no r- words.
"What?" she asked letting all the air out.
"I'm soffy I had to tell you," Jae became red.
"What do you mean by, by... Yuta kissed Sicheng?" her body was trembling like her voice.
"He did," said Jae. "I saw them fight next to ouf doof last night aftef the pafty," explained Jae apologetically.
"Like what? On the cheek?" asked Lauren getting from pale to green.
"No," Jae wasn't looking at her when he shook his head.
"You mean on the lips, but, but maybe he-he wanted to peck his cheek and mistakenly..." she stuttered.
"No tfust me no," Jae looked up. "He was all ovef him, and I mean all ovef him, his tongue must have been somewhefe in the afea of his thfoat..."
"Enough!" Lauren jumped up.
"Soffy, I just think it wouldn't be faif to not to tell you," Jae whispered it.
"I'm glad you did," she was breathing in sharply. "You're the only true friend I have," she tried not to cry but he saw the salty drops glittering in the corners of her eyes.
"After two years, such a..." she inhaled sharply and turned around.
"Laufen, but please, please don't do anything stupid," begged Jae.
"I won't," she said not turning to him and ran away leaving eth boy with all the chaos around him and a huge hope she won't kill Sicheng, she could kill Yuta but not Sicheng.
The evening dance practice was scheduled earlier and Jae changed into sports clothed and hurried to the right building hoping he won't be late, his conversation with Lauren from an hour before fresh in his mind. He had no time to tell Taeil about it and ask for advice, he strongly hoped nothing bad had happened and he breathed in when he saw Sicheng's pink hair in front of the dance class. The boy was sitting cross legged on the floor with his picture dictionary open and was using it as a 'Yuta cover' as the other stopped right opposite him and watched him with so much desire Jae wasn't sure how the little figure with fluffy pink hair hasn't burned yet.
But somehow Yuta had no courage to go and talk to the boy so all he did was staring while Sicheng did his best to ignore. Jae moved to the boy and stopped at his side hearing the little whispers of words he was revising.
"Lion, panda, elephant, giraffe, whale, seal," muttered Sicheng covering the words with his hand and Jae smiled.
"How is it going?" asked Jae leaning at the wall and Sicheng glanced up at him.
"Know the... big zaro," he explained.
"You mean zoo," Jae laughed, he was slowly turning into Doyoung next to this boy.
"Yes," Sicheng kept a straight face and Jae missed his always happy way and bright smile.
He glanced at Yuta and one more thing joined the endlessly long list of reasons why he hated him.
Soon Jae heard laughter and saw Ten walking through the corridor with Rachel and Taeil. Ten seemed to be head over heels in love and Jae hoped Rachel was ok, she seemed so far. Taeil was telling something that caused the other two to giggle loud but then a small figure appeared behind them and Jae noticed Lauren her dark hair tight up in a ponytail as she was running down the corridor. Yuta noticed her too and sent her a fake smile but she ignored him and passed the group of friends stopping right in front of Taeil.
Taeil turned to her and tensed as always but before he could form any word Lauren grabbed his face with her hands and slammed her lips to his.
