noodle escorted cyborg to a couch in front of a dressing room. "stay here, I'll be right back." she kissed her cheek and went into the small room with a few dresses in hand.

the first dress she tried on was a three-tiered hoop dress. it was a beautiful pastel pink and went all the way to the floor. it had no straps but clung on to her chest and flowed side-to-side when she twirled.

noodle looked in the mirror. she was surprised to see such a beautiful woman staring back at her.

but -- she wasn't perfect. she had scars lining her wrists. years and years of cutting showed that she wasn't at all perfect. she thought the scars were absolutely awful and disgusting.

cy, however, begged to differ. she loved every aspect of noodle. every curve, nook, cranny, and corner was perfect to her.

noodle took a deep breath and opened the door. cyborg snapped her head up and gasped when she saw her.

"noodle, you look amazing!" she smiled and stood up. cyborg walked to noodle and set her hands on her shoulders.

noodle blushed and turned around to look in the body mirror. she looked at her scars and sighed.

"do you think people will notice my scars?" noodle frowned.

"no, not at all. plus, even if they did, it wouldn't matter." cyborg stood next to noodle and wrapped her arm around her waist. "you're gorgeous."

"thanks, babe." noodle pecked cy's lips and hugged her. "I'm gonna go try on more dresses, 'kay?" she skipped back into the room.

the next dress she tried on was an oil black dress. it was tight around her waist, but fanned out at the bottom. there was only one sleeve and it hung on her shoulder.

she looked in the mirror and smiled. at least this one had one sleeve and could cover up half of the scars.

she walked out and crossed her hands in front of her. "ya like it?" she asked cy.

"oh, it's beautiful!" cyborg exclaimed and grinned.

"I love this one, too. but, there's one more dress and I think that one's the best." noodle walked back into the dressing room and changed out of the black dress. she picked up a baby blue dress.

when she put it on, she looked in the mirror, yet again. it went to mid-thigh and hugged her body, but not too tight. it had sleeves that hung loosely on her biceps. it had a small ribbon on the side of the waist that tied up easily.

noodle walked out of the dressing room and made a presenting motion with her hand. she giggled at her lame action. "I adore this one! it looks so good on me."

cyborg stood back up and walked towards noodle. "oh my satan, you look astonishing!"

noodle blushed and hugged cyborg. "thanks, cy." she pecked her lips and hugged her again.

"everyone'll be so jealous when they see you at prom. you're gonna be the best-looking woman there, noods." cyborg gushed and smiled.

"mm, I think you're gonna be the prettiest," noodle argued.

"no no, you are." cyborg giggled at their small fight.

noodle booped cy's nose. "no, you are. you're the perfect one."

cyborg swept noodle from the floor and held her bridal style. "no, you're the perfect one, babe." cy kissed noodle on the lips.

noodle kissed back, of course, and smiled. she couldn't help it, being swept up by the love of your life was living perfectly.

noodle quickly pulled back for air. "I love you, cy."

"I love you, too, noodle."
