Where: the Pacific Ocean
Who: Russel and Noodle
Written in Noodle's POV! [Insert happy squealing here]
It's kinda just a thingy where Noodle gets saved by Russel right after the pirates attack her cruise ship.

~

I shoot up from the yellow raft and gasp for air, throwing my legs up.

Ugh, yellow life boats.

I look over the edge and, miraculously, two familiar large hands lie underneath me. I feel excitement, yet some form of fear start to bubble in my chest as my raft leaves the water.

I rise up and look around, confused.

Then, it hits me.

Russel! I look over the edge again and see my father figure as big as the Eiffel tower. "Russel-sama!!" I squeal out of happiness.

"Hey, babygirl!" A large moan comes from his arm as his hand reaches up to hug me. I wrap my malnourished figure around his finger and bear hug it like I used to when I was younger.

"Ah' miss yoo so much!" My English is very choppy after not speaking it for seven years, but, hey! At least I try.

"I missed you so much too, babygirl. How you been?" His arm moves back down to the water as I laugh at the fish that get crushed.

"I been very good! Wat about yoo?"

"I'm great now that I found you. Here -- lemme get you off of that boat. You must be sick of it by now." He reaches back up and grabs me as I grip onto my guitar. Russel flicks the boat off of his head, pulling me down to his shoulder.

"Arigato, Russel-sama," I yell into his ear. My stomach grumbles as a shoot of pain runs throughout my body. When was the last time I ate?

"We gon' find Muds n' 'D, aight?" He asks, his booming voice vibrating and shaking the water.

"Soun's good!" I pat his shoulder, but wince as my sunburnt skin comes in contact. I hiss in pain and hold my arm up to my chest, cursing under my breath.

Russel starts to swim, the water sloshing around everywhere. I wonder why he's suddenly gigantic?

"Russel-sama?" I lean on his ear so I don't have to yell. He hums and I sigh in content as I get comfortable. "Why ah' yoo so big?"

"Toxic waste, baby," he says, his voice kinda sad. I think he might miss being small, considering he has to eat sharks.

"Ah' am sorry dat yoo have to be so big." I smile and grab ny guitar, wanting to play a song that's been stuck in my head all day.

"It's okay, babygirl. It's not your fault." But it is. He was so angry that I was gone, that he jumped into this water. To find Murdoc and 2D. To beat Murdoc to a pulp. For me.

"But, I am da reason yoo ah' doink dis, no?" I start to tune my guitar so I can play El Mañana.

Russel sighs and I hang on as his figure shakes. He doesn't answer, so I take that as a yes.

I begin to play El Mañana, the notes flowing through my fingers and onto the instrument. It all comes naturally as I've been playing this song on repeat for quite sometime.

"I miss Kong Studios. When can we go back?" I ask, my voice getting hoarse.

"Oh, babygirl. Muds burnt Kong down for money to build the place we're off to. I'm sorry. I tried to save things but--"

I cut him off with an angered growl. "What?! Oh my -- that little ignorant piece of shi--"

"Do not finish that sentence, young lady!" He stops swimming and I feel him clench his jaw. I cower away and sit normally on his shoulder, looking down at the ocean.

"Gomen'nasai, Russel-sama." I gulp, expecting a smack on the head. But, that only happened with Murdoc. Russel would never dare ( ;) ) to hit me.

"I'm not used to my babygirl being so grown up." I can practically feel the sadness in his voice. I miss being so small, too. Those were fun times--

Whirring from a helicopter up above interrupts my thoughts. "Russel-sama! T'ere is -- Oh." He smacks it away with one finger, sending it fifteen miles behind us.

"These helicopters have been fucking with me ever since I got in here." He sighs again, which feels like the hundredth time.

"I am sorry you have to be so big, Russel-sama." I look in front of us, seeing a big pink island with a huge white house on it. "Look! Is t'at Mahdoc an' Toochi?"

Russel's body moans as he looks forward, taking the big island into consideration. "Yep. We're almost there."

I smile and lay down on his shoulder, sighing in content. I'm so glad he found me. "I am goink to sleep, now. Wake me up when we get dere, okei?" I start to doze of and hear him hum in response.
