Oh yeah, back to school...am I glad? Kinda yes. Am I scared? Do you think I am Cat Woman? So...hell yes! Will I punch Rhea back? Depends..but I better try to recover soon 'cuz I've no idea of ending up in ER again! I had ENOUGH rest!
As I walked towards the school, there were lot of stares at me. The students must be wondering where did I disappear just after my first day. Well, my sweeties, I just went to Hawaii to have a good time at a spa 'cuz I was sooo stressed out with the lessons just on the first day and stress isn't good for my skin. Haha, I was just kidding! You didn't think I lost my memory suddenly, did you?
I looked around for Rhea, Allison or Adrian but I saw none of them. I was kinda happy about the fact that Rhea and Allison weren't around. I just don't think I could face them alone without Hayley, Anna or Frannie. I wasn't exactly scared of them neither was I not scared of them. It's just I felt safer when I had company. I wondered where Adrian was.
"Hi!" a masculine voice made me stop in my tracks.
I turned back to look and saw Adrian, who jogged over to me.
"Hi!" I said softly back.
"I am sorry to hear about Ria's aunt." said Adrian.
Ria's aunt? Why, what happened to her?
"I guess it was Ria's aunt who died, right? The one who's funereal you went to and got absent the past 2 weeks for." told Adrian eyeing me curiously.
Oh...the fact that Adrian thought I had gone to Ria's aunt's funeral and got absent completely slipped off my mind. If I don't watch out, the fact that Rhea hit me will come tumbling out of my mouth. I really should keep track of things.
"Oh..yeah. I am sorry about her too. She died of a heart attack. She was really old and plus she was Ria's favourite aunt, that's why we had to stay that long. It took sometime for Ria to get composed." I said trying to look not suspicious.
"Oh..." was all Adrian could say before a blond haired girl hugged him tightly from behind.
"Hi sweetie." cooed the blond haired girl.
She raised her head up and I felt dread wash over me.
Oh noooo, this cannot be happening! God, God!!! Where are you? Please don't let me end up in ER again...puuuhhhhllleeeassee!
The blond haired girl was no other than Allison Grey, the lovely cheerleader. Note the sarcasm. I looked at trying to swallow the lump that had formed in my throat. Hope she doesn't spill out the beans about Rhea's lovely attack on me. It's humiliating to my dignity.
"Hi Belle. Long time, no see? Where've you been?" Allison asked in a friendly tone.
Allison? Friendly? What on earth is happening?
"Um...her guardian's aunt died. So, she had to attend the funeral and her guardian took sometime to recover. That's why she was absent." Adrian explained.
Allison looked at me with a malicious glint in her blue eyes. I didn't like that look one bit. It just made the dread feeling in my gut a lot worse. I knew that she knew that it was a lie. I just hope she doesn't tell the truth.
"Oh..is that so? I'm soooo sorry, Belle." said Allsion in a sickeningly sweet voice.
I knew that she was mocking me but I politely said. "It's ok."
"Well, we've gotta go now." said Allison.
I looked at Adrian who looked at Allison confusedly.
"Why should we?" asked Adrian.
"Oh c'mon..pleaseeee?" begged Allison turning her big blue eyes at Adrian.
