Ch 28

I walked to Geography, the last class I had for the day. Hayley, Anna and Frannie were with me in this class. I had not seen the girls since lunch. I had passed Frannie and Roxy practicing in the dance room with the Dance team on my way to Social Studies but that was it. My former period was a free period and after freshening myself up, I decided to go to one of the abandoned classrooms near the restrooms to do some of my homework. I wasn't that much of a nerd but I decided that finishing some of my homework during school hours would let me have more free time at home because I had decided to find some information on a certain grey eyed blonde- Rhea Fox.

I thought Rhea was a bossy, girly cheerleader but today she proved me there was more to her than what I thought. When a person intrigues me, I have the habit of finding as much as information I can, about the person. That's just the same thing I am planning to do on Rhea.

I reached the Geography room at sat in my usual seat. I sat on the third row from front. My seat was in the corner seat, next to the window. Hayley sat beside me. Anna and Frannie sat in the row in front of us. The others were yet to come. Anna and Hayley had Math in the period before this and Frannie had World History. I pulled out my iPod and scrolled down the playlist until I came to 'Believe In Me by Demi Lovato'. I plugged in my earphones and decided to listen to it until my crazy friends came in. Miss. Rees usually came 10 minutes late to class, so I knew that listening to a song for a few minutes wouldn't put me in trouble or anything.

I closed my eyes and started bobbing my head to the rhythm and mouthing out the lyrics. I was so concentrated on the song that I didn't notice Hayley, Anna and Frannie were here until one of my earphones was plugged out.

I looked up, confused to see a grinning Hayley.

"Hey, what was that for?" I cried out pretending to be annoyed.

"Ah, little Belle! Stop with the fake dramatics." grinned Hayley knowingly.

"Yup. You didn't even say hello to us. What a nice way to greet a friend." mused Anna, pretending to wipe a fake tear.

"We are so hurt and disappointed in you." Frannie said shaking her head disapprovingly.

I laughed "Well hello!!!! Now greet me!"

The other three snorted but greeted me. I shook my head amused.

"So, what song are you listening to?" Hayley asked, plugging an earphone in her ear.

"Listen and see for yourself." I retorted cheekily as Anna plugged the other earphone in her ear.

Suddenly Hayley started singing.

"I'm losing myself

With everyone else

Anna continued with the chorus.
