Phil drops the divorce papers on the table in front of Kate.
"Sign it." He demands as Kate tears up.
"I don't want to..." She responds shakily.
"Kate."
She complies and begins writing her signature, but stops midway.
"Phil I'm sorry. I'll change I promise...please don't leave me..."
"Kate I can barely look at you right now. Just sign the papers."
She finishes the signature with tears streaming down her face.
"Thank you."
