One moment, he was fast asleep.
The next he was racing to the bathroom as his throat stung and his tummy felt like very evil butterflies gotten in it.
His face hung over the toilet as his butterflies turned into ratchet liquid.
The last thing he remembered from last night was running away from Charlie and as Dan took in his surroundings, he realized he wasn't in his own bathroom.
He started freaking out a bit and the sound of footsteps and awful smells, weren't helping.
A face appeared in the doorway and he flinched before recognizing the familiar face from last night.
"Charlie?" Dan croaked, his headache somehow worsening.
"Yeah, you passed out last night and I wanted to help, but I didn't know where you lived so I brought you here. Welcome to my home!" He smiled, though it quickly faded as Dan shushed him.
"Please keep it down, my head feels like it's about to burst." Dan insisted.
He was almost sure a look of anger flashed over Charlie's face, but it too quickly changed into an apologetic smile as he whispered,
"Oh yeah, sorry." He reached his hand out, a clear glass held in it.
"I brought some water and medicine for your hangover." He said, setting the pills and glass on the floor next to Dan.
"Thanks."
Dan was glad Charlie didn't just leave him on the ground after last night, but now he felt like he owed him and he hated that.
Even worse, Charlie still looked like Phil to hi, at least enough to make him unsettled.
He really just wanted go home, sip some tea, throw up, scroll through tumblr, but as of right now he couldn't stand up without his world spinning out of control.
He took the medicine and crawled to the carpet that lay neatly in the bathroom floor, Charlie now gone. He curled up on it, and fell asleep.
