Rose and Scorpius
Rose didn't care that Scorpius was a Malfoy. She didn't care he was in Slytherin, or even that his father was a death eater.
She didn't care that her father didn't like the boy. Or if her whole family would hold it against her. She was in love with him.
He was ambitious like a Slytherin. Loyal like a Hufflepuff. As brave as a Gryffindor. As intelligent as a Ravenclaw. And he was perfect.
Scorpius didn't care that his father didn't like her parents. He didn't care that she was a Weasley. He didn't even care when she was rude to him.
He did care that she smelled of flowers. That she liked to hold his hand when it rained, because storms unsettled her. He cared about her feelings. And when she felt ill, he'd make her tea and bring Rose her favorite books. And when she was happy, he cared to watch her dance in the Great Hall and make a fool of herself. And he'd get right up and join her.
One day when they were walking hand-in-hand by a garden, she emptied herself to him.
"Everything was perfect back then. No one could tell us we were wrong for this. Nothing mattered. It was perfect..."
He turned to her and smiled with those silver eyes that could make her melt, and wrapped an arm around her.
"In all honesty... perfect is way overrated."
But they were perfect to each other.

Alice II and James IIAlice was James's Lily Evans. She loved everyone and was loved by everyone. She was so kind and thoughtful and... perfect, really.
There was no one in the world like her. Funny, gorgeous, clever...
Ever since they could walk, James and Alice were inseparable.
One day when the two were very little, James swore he would marry her. And ever since that day, he'd been in love with her.
Sometimes it would hurt, how much he loved her. Many people believed James to be a player, with a new girl every week. But that's not true at all.
Sure, he had messy dark hair that every girl wanted to run her hands through, but only Alice ever had. Sure, he had perfect white teeth and soft lips that every girl wanted to kiss, but he'd only ever let Alice kiss him. Of course Quidditch gave him a perfect body that every girl wanted to touch, but he'd only let Alice do that. She was his everything.
Ever since they were born, their parents joked about how they would end up together. It felt like only a day had passed that James and Alice were getting married. It felt as if only yesterday, they were holding hands while running through a field of lilies.
And though everyone got sick of James's Sirius jokes, Alice never did. And if that isn't love, then what is?
Happy endings aren't for everyone, but for Alice and James, everything was perfect.

Teddy and VictoireWhen Teddy was two, his best friend came into his life. "Can I hold her?" He asked Bill.
"Sorry, Teddy, you're too young."
He smiled anyway.
"It's okay. I'll hold Vic when she's older."
And he kept that promise.
When Teddy was seventeen and Vic was fifteen, she appeared at his grandmother's flat in tears.
"Vic, what's wrong?"
She huffed and sat down on his unmade blue bed.
"Everything."
He could tell she didn't want to talk, so he held her, like he'd promised all those years ago.
He held her the whole night.
And when they were walking down that aisle together years later, he knew that whenever she needed him, he'd hold her.
He'd hold her like she was the only girl in the world.
