"Sweetness" Human Yoshi X Reader

Author's Note: This request is for Yoshifan who wanted a Human Yoshi X Reader Romance one shot. As usual this one shot might be short due to lack of ideas and possible writer's block.  Thank you and enjoy!! Italics: Thoughts Bold: Information

~Yoshi Point of View~

I was back from my race against Boshi when I smelled something delicious coming from the local bakery. I looked through the window to see many delicious cookies coming out of the oven freshly baked to perfection. A lone female began to place each cookies in the display case, she looks very unique with her (Eye Color)ed eyes and beautiful (Hair Color) hair. My stomach growled in hunger so I entered the bakery and made my way to the counter. "Hello how may I help you?" She asked me. 

~Your Name Point of View~

I paid full attention to the male customer who has green hair, brown eyes, and wearing a green hoodie with what appears to be dinosaur spines on the back, with green pants and orange shoes. "I would like ten cookies of each flavor I'm not picky if you're wondering." He said as I began to grab a box and place the cookies inside it. "So what's your name mister?" I asked as I continue to put the cookies in the box. "I'm Yoshi what's your name baker lady?" Yoshi asked. "I'm (Your Name) nice to meet another cookie fan." I replied as I tied up the box once I finished completing the order. He moved to the take out counter as I totaled the cost "That'll be 100 coins." I stated. He paid his purchases and carried the box "Thank you (Your Name) good bye." Yoshi said as he left. 

~Third Person Point of View~ Four Months Later

Yoshi is very nervous as he tries to make a batch of delicious cookies for his best friend (Your Name). Ever since their first meeting Yoshi would visit the bakery and buy cookies at least once a week just to see (Your Name) again. They became great friends and they both love sweets especially cookies no matter what flavor it is. Yoshi was so lost in his daydream that he accidentally burnt the cookies by putting the temperature on high. He opened the oven door once he turned the oven off and took out the burned cookies with the oven mitts. Yoshi opened the windows to let the smoke out and was bummed out that his hard work was now turned to ash. But his thoughts were broken when (Your Name) entered the kitchen "Yoshi are you okay?" (Your Name) said.

~Yoshi Point of View~

"I'm sorry (Your Name) I tried making cookies for you but I made a mistake and almost burned the house down!!" I replied as I started crying. But (Your Name) hugged me "It's okay Yoshi it's just cookies we can always make more, you don't have to cry because of one mistake." She replied. "I just wanted to make you something to show you how much I love you." I replied but then I covered my mouth when I blurted out my confession. (Your Name) smiled and embraced me "I love you too Yoshi now why don't we go out and grab some fresh cookies?" She suggested then kissed me. Wow who knew that(Your Name)'s kisses are sweeter that cookies?? I thought as I kissed back.
